"From Antalya: Suluada Island Boat Tour w/Lunch & Pickup"

I don't even know where to begin with how AWFUL this trip was. If you are looking to do excursions in Turkey do NOT book this trip!! It is advertised that the excursion is a total of 9 hours, we specifically booked this shorter one so we could still have the rest of the day in our hotel afterwards. We were picked up by our transfer at 5:30am (baring in mind it says 7am on the listing) and we didn't arrive back at our hotel until 8pm!! We were out for 14 and a half hours!!! This meant that we then missed dinner in our hotel and didn't have anything to eat. The description of this trip also says that it is in Antalya. We were staying in Belek which is only about a 1 hour drive away (maybe 1 hour 30 mins including other hotel pick ups and possible traffic) from where the boat trip should have started. We ended up driving all the way to Kemer which took us over 4 HOURS to get there!! The transfer we were on for this huge length of time had no windows that we could open, no air conditioning, and only had water that we had to pay for!! It was 38°c so you can only imagine how unbearable this transfer was. During our journey, the driver took 2 brakes for 24 minutes at a time for him to smoke, aswell as another 15 minute break. This was so frustrating as we just wanted to get to the destination and off of the awful transfer. When we got to the boat we all felt unwell from the extreme heat on the bus, which made us dread boarding the boat. The boat we went on only had seating areas downstairs which was all taken, and so we were left with the top deck which the floor is full of sponge mattresses. They were all lined up covering the whole floor, meaning we had to step over people and stand on other people's beds to get to our own which people were not happy about. We were all lying there like sardines in a tin, extremely uncomfortable, with music blasting so loud which made us all very overwhelmed and stressed. The first stop was at a bay where there was a minimum of 10 boats all doing the same trip. There were way too many people on the bay and the water there was filthy. After this trip we were served our "delicious" lunch which was completely inedible. We were given oily pasta, salad which tasted like battery acid, some kind of chicken nugget which was super slimy, a slice of watermelon which tasted off, and some bread. The only thing edible was the bread which was slightly stale, but still edible. The next 2 stops were nice, however it was cut very short and we didn't have enough time at these places. After getting off the boat we were all dreading our journey back as we knew how bad it was going to be. Again we suffered with no aircon and extreme heat, with everyone feeling unwell. We again took multiple breaks on the return journey for the driver to have a cigarette, which was extremely frustrating. After such a long journey, we were finally told that we would be soon arriving at our hotel and also asked to give the driver a tip!! We were all absolutely shocked that he was asking for a tip considering the awful experience we had all had. He then told us that it was 10 minutes until we were at our hotel, half an hour went by and we were confused as to why we were not yet at our hotel. The driver had been driving in the complete wrong direction and I had to use google maps on my phone to give him directions! As the driver he should have known where our hotel was, especially since he had picked us up from there that morning!! We spent more time travelling than we did on the actual excursion!! Overall, we had an absolutely horrendous experience on this trip and it has made us feel very hesitant to book with get your guide again. Please take this as your warning to not do this trip, I never write reviews but I was told by hotel staff that we needed to warn others of this so it doesn't happen again.

We have used Get your guide before and we had no problems and had some amazing trips but they are the agent and unfortunately when we booked this trip they let us down massively.

This was booked and we were given an address to get to with instructions saying to WALK . There was also a Google maps link. On the morning we left in plenty of time as the Google maps link said 9 mins. We walked and walked and walked. Took over 30 mins and had no idea where we were going. I rang and rang, I messaged the provider. I also contacted Get your guide . They tried to contact the trip provider and couldn't get hold of them so obviously we missed the coach. Then told we had no chance of a refund. I told them that the instructions were inadequate, says WALK, and Google maps link must have been set to drive, that is the only explanation I can think of, but no, I was told no refund. Even when they knew the trip provider could not be contacted by themselves . Every trip we have done communication is key and has enabled us and others to get to the right place and ask any questions. I have proof of all communication with get your guide . They are the company you book through and they should provide a full refund if the trip instructions are so inadequate and not accurate that you miss the trip. We then had to get a taxi to Rome and back as all other trips were booked and we pre paid for coloseum tickets so that left us 250 short . They only response I got after contacting them multiply times was that I can do the trip again!!! Not in Rome now , not wanting to do the same trip again. Appalling . We are so disappointed and shocked that this is the response. I will think very carefully about using them in the future. I provided all information to show what I was saying was true, they themselves failed to contact them. The others trips we did on this holiday were fantastic, both through get your guide. This trip provider should be made by get your guide to issue our refund and amend their instructions.

First time using this company and booked many tours and services with them. I accidentally double booked one service with them, which should have been very simple to remedy. You would think? No, it was a nightmare, I used their online AI service who promptly cancelled the wrong booking and went on to apologise for this. I was transferred to a 'live person' and things got far worse. They take too many chats at the same time, and my Sunday evening was taken up waiting for them to constantly ask me the same questions I had already answered and then leave you waiting with delaying tactics. A company is as good as the service they supply and how they deal with mistakes or problems they have caused. Get Your Guide are disastrous at both.

I took the Golden Circle Tour on July 17th with Bus Travel Iceland, and was warmly welcomed by the guide, Vala and the bus driver, Imre. It was a wonderful tour, and Vala was an absolutely fantastic guide with great personality and a great sense of humour. She shared information in a clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand way. She made the experience both interesting and enjoyable. Imre, the bussdriver, ensured we had a safe and comfortable journey throughout the day. There was a bit of confusion when we stopped to pick up some passengers. The guide had clearly informed them that they would stay on the bus until the next stop, where they would then need to get off. They forgot this, and as a result ended up staying on the bus for the entire tour. Unfortunately, they directed their frustration at the guide. I thought that was very unfair. She had already given them clear instructions, and it is not the guide's responsibility to remind this to the passengers multiple times. That is something passengers need to keep track of themselves. The guide remained calmed and did a great job in the situation.
Overall, it was an excellent tour, and I would highly recommend it. A big thank you to Vala and the bus driver, Imre, for making it such a great experience! I hope to see you soon again

It is easy to book the excursion you want. The search for tours in each destination is easy to carry out with filters allowing you to choose the type of activity you want and the duration. Each tour is well described with competitive prices. There was excellent communication with the tour operator via the GetYourGuide portal. There are verified reviews by previous customers to assess whether it's the right tour for you.

Booked an excursion in Palma which go cancelled by the vendor. Get your guide emailed me the cancellation after the vendor GoFurGo Mallorca had whatsapped me to tell me my booked and paid excursion was cancelled and did I want to pay an extra £50 per person to go on the same ' but in their view more superior ' excursion. When I declined to take that up, they said get your guide would refund me. I then get an email from Get Your Guide saying the vendor has cancelled, but on my account it says I have " cancelled " which means I can not leave a review of the Vendor. Needless to say, all reviews I had read for this excursion were high. But that is because Get Your Guide won't allow you to post an honest review when you haven't been happy. I emailed their customer service about this and once again ... no reply.

It couldn't have been a better experience! It was a lovely way to see multiple sites without having to think about the logistics of all the places and getting there. Great tour guide that's very knowledgeable as well!

These guys are 100% scammers and business evolution should have santized the market from this type of garbage a long time ago. Advise is just to stay away, there are so many better and honest options.

We used GetYourGuide for the majority of our tour bookings whilst visiting Vietnam, specifically Da Nang, Hoi An & Ho Chi Minh during July 2026. Every tour lived up to our expectations, constant reminders/contact the day before each tour & the tour providers used by GetYourGuide were excellent in their contact with us prior to the tour and during each tour. We had one hiccup where the particular tour provider never contacted us and did not meet us at the designated meeting point and never replied to my attempts to contact them. GetYourGuide were fantastic, instant reply to my contact, totaling understanding re my frustration and disappointment at the tour not taking place. A full refund was paid into my bank account within 48 hours. Will definitely use GetYourGuide next time we travel overseas. Linda - Australia

Booked the boat tour to see blue lagoon and other coves. Excellent day, Captain Raymond made the day! He was knowledgeable of the area, made sure everyone had fun and were looked after. Would highly recommend, can’t wait to do it again

We booked The Blue Mountain tour. The booking process was easy and secure. Everything went as planned from being picked up and dropped off to seeing all attractions as advertised. We were given adequate time at all sights and had a very enjoyable day.

The Get Your Guide App has been super useful! Information is up to date, there’s a great variety of tours run by locals, booking and communication have been easy. Highly recommended.

This service offers many trip options, shows great images, and asks for prompt payment. I chose a boat trip to Palau, paid €500 for three people, and an hour later received a message from a local provider about difficulties organizing the trip. After that, I spent at least three hours messaging back and forth, and by the end of it, I received information about the trip being canceled and many new offers, for which I again had to pay an advance.
I received a refund the next day, but I realized I would never waste my time so uselessly on an aggregator that doesn't manage specific travel providers.

Consistently find reasonably priced tours of good quality. Normally lower priced than other tour sites.

Confirmed booking made on March 1st. Funds held for nearly 5 months. Abrupt cancellation by the company on July 17th. Due to the extreme delay in notification, all equivalent options are sold out, causing material damage to my travel itinerary.
