The parcel put in the wrong place
My parcel was placed at my front door where the sun was shinning directly at the parcel with vitamins which is not good. I had asked for the parcel to be placed in the carport just a few hours before the delivery. So why didn't the driver neglect that?

Fast delivery and amazing customer service! I wanted the package to be delivered in front of my apartment door, but couldn’t write the exact instructions on their website. I contacted customer service so they could forward the information to the courier, and they did. Everything went smoothly, and the courier was super nice. He made sure to knock my door and hand me the package instead of just throwing it in front of my door as I know some other delivery firms have been accused of doing. Overall amazing experience, and a well deserved 5 stars!
