I bought lots of Ajax devices a couple of months ago and I am very happy with the purchase. The installation and verification procedures were easy and can be performed by yourself (you should really carry out the describe tests, though).

The system is easily configurable, the support is fast, friendly, and thorough, hope it stays that way.

I am thoroughly impressed. We install these system in the US and, besides the "learning curve" of some the European names for certain items and functions, these systems operate near-flawlessly. The technical support is truly second-to-none that I've dealt with for nearly 40 years in this business.
If you are considering a new system to stock, install and maintain I highly recommend Ajax Systems. Being a tech-person I appreciate that their responses are, quick and includ great details which are clear and and concise.

We have an alarm system for around half a year. Very happy with the ease of use of the system. Or via app or via keyfob or keyboard we select / deselect the alarm. With the increased amount of burglary we very happy our house is well protected.

High-quality app, but even more high quality is their customer service - they are quick, responsive, helpful, and clear. Great experience.

Wonderful system. Very customizable and stable. Never had a problem

The system is good and has good features and the quality seems to be good.
But it has some basic user features that were not well thought out and actually renders the system useless at times,
I have the big Siren in the garage
I have the small siren in the house
I have the doorbell
The doorbell uses the small siren as the indoor doorbell chime. The issue is that the tones for someone ringing the doorbell and a door opening are the same. Therefore, you are unable to distinguish when someone actually rings your doorbell.
Secondly, disabling the door-opening chime, which can get annoying when the kids are going in and out all the time, also disables the small siren when an alarm gets triggered.
Next is the biggest one. It keeps disconnecting from the Yale lock. Which triggers a notfiction in the middle of the night most times. You then have to disable notifications so you can get sleep. Which completely defeats the purpose of having the security system in the first place.
If the Yale lock is the issue, then partner with other manufacturers like Wiser
These are usability features that can easily be fixed in the software.
Please fix them

I highly recommend Ajax burglar alarm systems.
I chose the “Intrusion protection – Baseline” range, especially for its wireless sensors.
Compared to other manufacturers, the sensors are particularly efficient and sensitive. I have not found a wireless sensor for magnetic contact from any manufacturer that also includes a Shock Sensor (+ Tilt Sensor!). I integrated all the wired sensors I had from my old alarm system very easily.
A strong point for Ajax systems: the technical support (I used email) works incredibly well. I received detailed answers within 2 hours of the request, regardless of the time – day/night. Many thanks to the technical support team for the help provided.

System works well and I'm really happy with it. My only (slight) gripe is that updates tend to happen overnight, so I need to find my glasses in a morning so I can see the extra microscopic instructions on the phone, before I can disarm my system. (I can do this without glasses normally.) But other than that; great.
