Top-level quality, both in terms of equipment performance and technical support. I have been working with Ajax Systems products for over 5 years and have installed their devices in apartments, private houses, factories, and commercial premises.

There is always a solution to every situation. They continuously improve their products through software updates and regularly introduce new features and innovative products.

Personally I think it’s an unnecessary hassle I have to download and install telegram just to reach the Ajax tech support team.

But the time and effort this team puts into their customers, is amazing!
They really took their time investigating my case, and were really helpful and friendly. Even though my problem was about adding third party hardware to the Ajax ecosystem.
This is an experience I haven’t had too often sadly, dealing with other helpdesks and support teams.

Question was quite quick resolved. Conversation started in dutch, but continued in english. Not a problem, although it was not what I expected.

I recently changed my broadband provider, and since making the change, my system has stopped working.

I contacted your customer service team for assistance, but unfortunately, I did not receive the support or guidance I needed to resolve the issue.

I have recently installed an Ajax Alarm network which is working perctly. My home was already equipped with video cameras from different well known manufacturers . To integrate my cameras to my Ajax Alarm network I requested some help from Ajax support, and I want report that the technical support from Ajax was extremly efficient! They answer to my mail requests by return with a very clear answers . They sorted out my problems with a clear solution and guidance either in french or in english language. Ajax has the most efficient technical support I ever requested for help. All my video cameras are integrated in my Ajax Alarm network and the network is working perfectly .

Excellent Wireless Range and Great Support

Very user-friendly system with excellent wireless range. The devices have a sleek, modern design and look very professional once installed. Technical support has been excellent, and the overall experience has been very positive. Highly recommended so far!

I had a Hub that was on a space but didnt find the Hub on my App, Ajax support gave me step by step instructions to locate Hub and i could delete the space.

The system is very nice, and I got very good help from the online support solving an important issue. Thank you

Units are are pricey. Very usable platform and easy to navigate with multiple doorbell cameras. Looking forward to seeing wireless cameras that integrate with the platform!

I’m still in the process of installing the flood protection system in my new apartment, but I can already tell that I chose the right brand. During installation, the plumber seriously damaged the faucet’s mounting platform, and even though it was physical damage, I was looking into replacing this part at my own expense—but the Ajax team really surprised me by offering to replace the part under warranty. After this experience, I’m absolutely certain that this brand and its products can be trusted.

As a security systems engineer/installer, I had an excellent experience with the Ajax Technical Support team. They provided clear, secure, and highly accurate steps to resolve complex access and permission management issues across multiple hubs. Their quick response time and strict adherence to security protocols are greatly appreciated. Highly recommended!

In our opinion, the Ajax alarm system is highly recommended. It is reliable, user-friendly and, what's more, easy to expand with additional devices such as smoke detectors and water leak sensors.

The leak detection system has already proven its value to us. It alerted us in time to a faulty water pump, allowing us to take action before any actual water damage occurred in our home.

We are also very pleased with Ajax's customer service. Questions are answered quickly, and the responses are clear and knowledgeable.

In short: an excellent alarm system, smart expansion options and outstanding customer service. We highly recommend Ajax!

Excellent System. Would be even better if they put a cover of some description on the remote. Too easy to accidentally activate.

When Internet goes down it can not link to e-mail.
We are notified it has gone down and when it comes back on again.
Uncertain as to whether we would be notified if it was to actually sound.
Also, can be a delay in being notified (this could just be a weak Internet connection?).
