I made the pick up order. No one come in the pick-up windows. I called customer service, they promised me they will come in 2 hours, Still no one come to take the parcel. Super bad service.

Avoid if you are receiving a packet
If you are receiving a packet try to get the sender to use a different company. I am trying to get a parcel delivered next monday in Copenhagen and I have a choice of only 6 lockers. The nearest is over 6km from my house, they are all in inconvinient and difficult to get to places.
Your reply does not help. There were very few choices the week before. You just don't have enough delivery places. Paortnord or DAO are much better and give you a much better choice of locations

Very disappointed with DHL’s service
Very disappointed with DHL’s service. The delivery driver was rude and took my package back even though it was supposed to be delivered. After that, I received an email saying the address was incorrect, which was confusing and unhelpful. Poor customer service and very frustrating experience. I hope DHL improves the professionalism of their delivery service.
