The product was not able to be dispatched. I received notifications and a rapid resolution and refund. The reality of online ordering is that it is more important to have good customer service when it goes wrong. This could not have been better.

Ordered a first case clear case for a brand new Lenovo yoga 7 2 in 1 and I was definitely surprised by the quality. Initially I was skeptical given their webpage seems like something from Craig's list. But the shipping, delivery, packaging and quality, all were top notch. I mean for a laptop case this is 98% there. Definitely recommended 10/10. +The guy from their post sales (Named Syed) was quite polite and helpful in confirming the policy as well as any other ifs and buts.

Although my item turned out to be out of stock, I was able to communicate with desert cart easily, and they updated me and sorted out a refund immediately. Could not have asked for better service. Other companies take note: mistakes happen, sometimes things are out of stock, but it’s how you deal with them that matters! Will definitely order from desert cart again.
