Seriously bad customer service
I purchased a 2 pack of pillows 3 weeks ago. The shipping & handling costs were expensive at AUD$147. Today I decided to order the exact same pillows as I was very happy with my last order. The price of the pillows was discounted AUD$24 but the shipping had gone up AUD$254!! I spoke to someone on the online chat that told me that they had "miscalculated " the shipping costs and after lots of back and forth she offered me a 10% discount!!. Needless to say, I did not make another purchase. Not good enough UBUY

I tried to buy a floor lamp from U-Buy…
I tried to buy a floor lamp from U-Buy which was advertised online for $72 Aud. I was not then able to know if there were any shipping costs, and if so how much, until I had given a lot of personal information. Once I had given the information (wish I hadn't) I then had to verify both my mobile number and my email address with multiple back and forth confirmations. After all of my contact details had been confirmed I then got to the page that told me shipping costs, which added about an extra $900 Aud. I now receive emails and texts and am attempting to unsubscribe.
Not a good experience for anyone that's interested.

Disappointing and misleading customer experience
I recently wanted to order an Airfryer. UBUY requests complete personal details prior to providing shipping costs, which I find inappropriate and disproportionate.
Nowadays, an online shop should be able to calculate shipping costs simply based on the customer’s town and postcode, just as platforms like eBay do — without requiring full address details first.
As a result, I will not return to the platform. They have lost a customer.

Bought an "OEM" quality carburettor for my car, what a joke
Bought a carburettor for my car, when fitted it pour fuel all through the engine non-stop flooding it. Pulled the side off it to figure out why and found the needle and seat for level control were missing completely!! a major part of the Carb not even there!
I paid $325, asked for a refund, they said the Gate and other service fees were non refundable and so i was offered $259, only if I shipped it back to them. It needs to go back to the USA, shipping quoted at nearly $100 by Aus Post. Paypal are no help as usual.
So I did nothing wrong but loose $185??
