I ordered flowers from Bloom & Wild for my wife as a surprise for our wedding anniversary. I placed the order well in advance to ensure they would be delivered to her workplace on Thursday, as she is not at work on Friday. On Wednesday evening, I received an email confirming the flowers were on track for Thursday delivery and was provided with a Royal Mail tracking number.

However, when I checked the tracking information on the morning of delivery, I discovered that Royal Mail had sent the parcel to the wrong Delivery Office, making it highly unlikely that it would arrive on time. Given that this was a time-sensitive anniversary gift, this was incredibly disappointing.

I immediately attempted to contact Bloom & Wild for assistance, but the online chat repeatedly disconnected, making it extremely difficult to get any meaningful support. Despite my efforts, nobody was able to provide a clear update on what was happening or what was being done to resolve the issue. Instead, I was advised that I should pay extra for a guaranteed delivery service in future. Frankly, I don't see how that would have helped in this situation, as the issue appears to have been caused by Royal Mail misrouting the parcel.

While I appreciate that Bloom & Wild are not entirely responsible for Royal Mail's delivery error, I am disappointed by the lack of proactive support and communication when things went wrong. My wife has been going through a particularly difficult time recently, and this was meant to be a thoughtful gesture to brighten her day and celebrate our anniversary. Instead, the experience has been stressful and upsetting, leaving me feeling that a special occasion has been unnecessarily spoiled.

Overall, I am disappointed not only by the failed delivery but also by the lack of customer support when I needed help the most. I would have expected a far greater level of assistance from a company that specialises in delivering gifts for important occasions.

Choice of items on the website is great, prices reasonable, so great value. Also incentives to persuade you to return! Delivery went well. I ordered a birthday cake for a friend and apparently it was delicious! Definitely recommend.

I have had lovely bouquets delivered to me from my neice for my birthday and other occasions. I have used them myself for my late mother in law and friends who have complimented on how lovely they are. Reasonably priced and long lasting.

I always love receiving flowers from this company. They arrive looking sad and within hours , perk up and in a day or two look amazing. Then they last for ages.

Lovely sunflower bouquet, delivered on the specified day for my mother-in-laws birthday. She was very pleased with them, and I particularly liked having the option to choose british-grown flowers for their lower environmental impact.

I have used bloom & wild on numerous occasions for birthdays ,other celebrations or just to send someone a lovely fresh gift to enhance their home . I have also received flowers from loved ones and every bunch brings so much joy and happiness.

The smell hits you as soon as you open the box like stepping into a garden of roses and comes lovely packaged with a beautiful ribbon that really adds that extra touch.

Amazing choice of flower bouquets to suit all budgets with a great delivery time from placement of order.
I bought these as a gift so were delivered as ’letter box’ flowers. Arrived in perfect condition & have opened beautifully. Recipients were very pleased with their gift.

What a fantastic company, from ordering to delivery the process is so easy, communication is spot on with updates on delivery and the flower bouquets I’ve sent every time have been gorgeous. They arrive partially in bud so your recipient gets to enjoy the full blooming period, not wilting & dying after 3 days as with other companies.I highly recommend using Bloom & Wild.

Flowers finally arrived but sooo late, delivered by Amazon. The whole point was that they were letterbox flowers and would go through the letterbox but instead they dumped on the doorstep. I’ve heard nothing from the recipient so I’m guessing someone then helped themselves.
