Easy to order online from a lovely selection of bouquets, plus they were delivered on the date chosen. The flowers were beautiful, and are really good value! Great service.

I ordered flowers for my daughters birthday for next day delivery. They did not arrive. They arrived the day after her birthday and were delivered to a neighbours house because she was at work. The company said ' oh we got the day mixed up with a previous order' . Nonsense and birthday surprise ruined! I asked for a refund but they didnt even acknowledge the request.
The bouquet itself was nothing like the photo and i would have been better off ordering from a supermarket and it would have been far far cheaper. I will never use this company again. Don't waste your money. This is a truely honest review

I ordered some flowers for my mam and she loves them, they were also delivered on time. Will order again and highly recommend.

Disappointed not delivered on requested date however apparently the flowers were not in great condition when finally received and on checking up on how they revived been informed while some are OK several did not recover 😕

Ordered a large sized bouquet for an Anniversary gift. The picture sent to me when delivered was nothing like the colours of the flowers ordered and if it was a large sized bouquet I dread to think what the small one looked like. Very disappointed

Easy to order with a great discounts flowers absolutely gorgeous , very colourful and delivered on time. Flowers were in perfect condition on arrival would highly recommend this company

Ordered a medium size bouquet of lilies and roses and received 3 lilies. Paid for premium delivery with a selected date arrived a day late. Brought a birthday balloon on website looks a decent size no measurements on website but turned up a very small balloon on a stick.

Customer service don't exist in this place. Emailed asking why I paid premium and my flowers were late to be told they deliver 1-2 days past the delivery date due to royal mail delivery times. Even though I had an invoice and a email stating what day they were going to deliver on. Asked to escalate my complaint and was told Customer service deal with complaints too.

Explained to them they had breached a legally binding contract under the Consumer Rights Act and now they don't answer emails or just hang up when I ring.

Beautiful fresh flowers. The recipient was over the moon. One star deducted as they were delivered a day late. Maybe don't offer a Sunday delivery if it's not guaranteed. Other than that, all good and I would use this company again.

Flowers looked nothing like what I ordered, half the size of the bunch & customer service were unhelpful

Had flowers delivered today for her birthday . She seems very happy with them. I was a bit sceptic ordering these for the first time as I didn't read the reviews which don't give the company much praise. Overall I didn't have any issues with the company .

Flowers were dead within 3 days!
Had flowers delivered to my elderly mum, they cost £30. They were delivered Thursday lunchtime and today Monday they are in the bin dead.
Contacted delightful flora and was told that it's a 3 day policy on flowers and there was nothing they could do. Explained that I only found out by paying my mum and impromptu visit or I would of ever known as my mum wouldn't of said anything. I was less than 24 hours over their policy any nothing but an apology. DISGUSTING SERVICE.

Be careful, this company offer attractive discounts but quality is very poor and disappointing.

The flowers were sent to a company from myself as a Thank You. They have sent me photos of the flowers and they are beautiful. 1st time used this company but will use them again. Had to contact them to change the day and it was not an issue.

Ordered funeral flowers, funeral was Monday. They couldn’t give me a time for delivery on the Monday. They delivered sundays but the funeral parlout is closed, so asked for it to be delivered to me on Sunday before the funeral, thinking a day would be ok. I had a message from Royal Mail saying they would be delivered the Saturday, I messaged and said please don’t deliver Saturday as the flowers will be no good for Monday. I paid an extra £4.99 for specific delivery. No response, do t use for time specific events

Really late in the day delivery and didn’t come looking like the photo at all missing flowers and everything
