I have paid Euro125 in pounds its £108 for 2 shoes on monday 2 days ago. For imports into Great Britain There is no customs duty if the total value of the goods is £130 or less. it was dispatched to UK on friday after 5 days and i recieved it today Wednseday. from purchased to delivered it took 10 days to UK. i am satisfied with the service... but when you make an order the time between when you make an order and dispatch is up to 5 days that bring allot of negative tought in your mind and i was about to cancel the order but i waited i also contacted the customer service email and they replied so i thought give it some more time so i got the parcel today but the time between purchase and Dispatch should be less then 5 days..

Good amount of stock but postage to UK not great. They do warn that you MIGHT have to pay customs & duty. You definitely do so had to pay another £70+ to receive parcel. I have ordered from another German site & not paid for customs so think this is a bit rubbish but only place that had the trainers so sucked it up!

Not a good experience. i do not recommend using this website outside Germany. I have never received a refund from them after returning the item. After several e-mail I gave up. They basically said that since it was sent from the Netherlands they cannot do anyhting.

Placed order #AG44773632 (Invoice #RE2026863633) over 2 days ago. I received the invoice email, but no tracking number or shipping updates has been provided. Customer service has not responded to my emails.

Having to pay that kind of money just to make a return is an absolute joke. Avoid them at all costs! 🚨

Great sortiment, but that doesn't help much when the UX and customer service sucks.

Being a international e-com that doesn't provide return label is pretty lousy in 2026.

I don't mean I want cost free return shipping.
But a large e-com has shipping agreements that their customers can't get close to cost wise.

The normal procedure when purchasing from companies abroad is that they provide a return label, and the cost for the return shipping is deducted form the amount I paid. Usually about 10€.

Now I have to pay about over 25€ which is just ridiculous. It is an easy thing you can help you customers with, that doesn't cost you anything.

The digital return page where I "can easily and conveniently register my return" is no service what so ever for me. It is a service only for Asphaltgolds warehouse receiving the returned goods.

The current solution is just utterly poor customer service and no matter the great assortment of goods I like, I will take my business elsewhere until this is is resolved.

I placed an order with Asphaltgold on 14 June. As of the morning of 19 June, I still have no tracking number, no confirmation that the parcel has been handed over to DHL, and no proper response from customer support.

I contacted them several times because I need the order before 26 June, as I will leave the delivery address after that date. So far I have only received an automatic reply saying they will answer “as soon as possible”, but no actual information about my order.

Order lost by postcompany, but getting in contact with Asphaltgold for help seems impossible and takes ages.

I placed an order on June 6 for a pair of shoes and socks worth €155.70. More than a week later, my order is still stuck in “Confirmed” status and has not been shipped.

I received an email stating that there are delays due to a high volume of orders, but despite several attempts to contact customer support, I have not received any specific information regarding when my order will actually be shipped. The replies have been generic and have not answered my questions about the status of the order.

What concerns me most is the lack of transparency and the inability to provide even an estimated shipping timeframe after taking payment.

At this stage I am still waiting for my order, but if the situation remains unresolved I will consider seeking assistance from the European Consumer Centre and, if necessary, pursuing payment dispute procedures through my card provider.

I hope Asphaltgold will finally provide a clear update and resolve this matter promptly.

Extremely disappointed with this store. I placed an order and waited several days, only to be fed excuses about "delays" and being "overwhelmed," before they ultimately cancelled my order. The worst part? Immediately after, the same shoes were back in stock in my size, but at a significantly higher price.

It looks like this is their standard tactic: lure you in with low prices to collect data or push their app, and then just cancel your order.

After reading other reviews, it’s clear I’m not the only one — this is a systemic issue.

Stay away from this shop if you don't want to be used for their marketing schemes.

Maybe it is legit but they ship after ages. Got the tracking number after 8 working days. Still unsure how long should I wait for it to get shipped.

This is terrible and not acceptable. No matter how busy your store is, WTF? Have more workers at least.

update. received the shoes, all good. they kept communicating saying the they are busy etc.. the only bad part is the shipment 8 days which is way to a lot. if you are ready the wait that much the store is good!

I write this positive review because the customer service was excellent: they continuously updated me on the shipment. I have to be honest: the shoes were just as I expected them, spectacular! I will buy from them again, it takes a while to ship but it is understandable and you will definitely not be disappointed. (In my case 5 working days, Germany)

Awful company. Would leave zero if I could. Tried to charge me UK VAT when I placed my order. When I asked whether they would declare this, so I wouldn’t be charged it again on delivery, they just cancelled my order!
Scam merchants, avoid!!!

It took some time for the emails for the order to arrive I had to actually write an email to them so they would send me my shipping number etc. Things took some time but I have to say quality is great and good price so can’t really complain.

Great selection of shoes and good prices. I am satisfied with my order and they have a great customer service, especially Marius.
