Bra jobbat Blocket. 👌👏🤡

Great sortiment, but that doesn't help much when the UX and customer service sucks.

Being a international e-com that doesn't provide return label is pretty lousy in 2026.

I don't mean I want cost free return shipping.
But a large e-com has shipping agreements that their customers can't get close to cost wise.

The normal procedure when purchasing from companies abroad is that they provide a return label, and the cost for the return shipping is deducted form the amount I paid. Usually about 10€.

Now I have to pay about over 25€ which is just ridiculous. It is an easy thing you can help you customers with, that doesn't cost you anything.

The digital return page where I "can easily and conveniently register my return" is no service what so ever for me. It is a service only for Asphaltgolds warehouse receiving the returned goods.

The current solution is just utterly poor customer service and no matter the great assortment of goods I like, I will take my business elsewhere until this is is resolved.

Customer service is just ridiculous. MyUS tries to charge me my local VAT (not US), but have the wrong tariff, and try to charge me a 12% higher price.

I have contacted customer service to try to solve this problem, but I get one stupid reply after another, without them ever solving or even addressing the matter.

Between every contact it takes about a week for them to reply, and now it has gone so far they have started charging storage fees on all packages and warn me they will do an automatic send in a few days, which I can’t do, I do not accept getting overcharged VAT or storage fees caused by MyUS slow response times.

This is beyond unprofessional. If you can find another service, do. MyUS is so close to being a total scam.

...ohh, let me add another thing to the list.

When purchasing stuff from US eBay, MyUS arbitrarily add item values, that FAAAAR exceed the actual paid amount. These values are then the base for MyUS fees, tax calculations, shipping costs etc. Higher cost = more money for MyUS.
Let me give an example; a simple dress with actual paid value of $25, MyUS note a item value of $100. That has a huge impact on overall cost, and you manually have to adjust the value, and often upload a sales invoice proving the amount. Scammy.

UPDATE.
MyUS replied here on trustpilot before they have replied to my emails. Ridiculous.

Bra ide men dåligt genomförande.

– Obefintlig kundservice (allt tar 5-10 arbetsdagar).
– Usel fakturering
– Ingen svensk kundservice

Scam company.

This company is making money showing and advertising one product but selling a completely different.

Their business scheme is that they are relying on the fact that customers will not return the products because of the expensive return shipping cost to China.

I ordered a dress from the store, and received a dress completely different from the one they show in the web shop. The only thing that was the same was the fact that it is a dress.

Other than that, EVERYTHING is different:
- Fabric is the cheapest possible fabric. Completely different from whats shown.
- The color of the fabric is different.
- The detailing is a completely different.
- Cutting is completely different.

When calling out on this they state that I have to pay for the shipping back to china myself, which they say is very expensive (it is, I checked) + that they have a 30% "restocking fee" on top of that. All to make the customer take their crap offer of a 10% discount. I really had to fight to increase that and in the end got 20% off. But all in all, I ended up paying $200 for a dress that is ugly and completely unusable.

Here's the more complete list of differences between advertised / delivered dress:
- The general making is of this dress is of very poor quality.
- The making over the bust is a completely different model than shown in the pictures on the website.
- There is a very visible seam over the bust. This should normally be invisible, as in picture on website.
- The slit is in the middle of the garment, not on the side like the picture.
- The detailing butterflies are folded in over the edge and into the seam. This is some unbelievably unprofessional making.
- The vertical plastic ribbons that are meant to accent the waistline are turned the wrong way. They are supposed to be concave to accent a slim profile on the waistline, but the ribbons are turned the wrong way so they are convex / bulging and actually make the waistline thicker. It also make them poke the ribs on the person wearing the dress.
- The fabric is different - main fabric as well as the petticoat tulle is much denser than the fabric in the pictures. This makes the product heavier, less transparent and much denser, and it also affects the fall when moving around.
- Color does not correspond to pictures. The product is more towards army green than Early spring green as in the pictures.
- Butterfly detailing is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. On the website pictures they are made in a color unison with the main fabric, they are of various sizes and elegantly and airily placed over the dress. On the actual dress there are brightly coloured butterflies (much brighter than garment) placed very densely and in straight rows all over the fabric. This make the product looks very cheap and poorly made.
The production did not even care to remove the butterflies from the waistline when sewing, which means they are sewn halfway into the seam leaving the rest protruding out of the seam.
- Shoulder straps and chest detailing. On the website pictures there are elegant butterflies of various sizes over the shoulder covering the straps making a lush and decorative element almost like foliage. On the received dress there are just a few smaller butterflies oddly placed iver the straps.

All in all, this product is really subpar and does not match the advertised product in any way.

I would recommend anyone reading this to avoid pomnia.com like the plague. You will get ripped off and you will lose your money.

I bought a product from the company in March 2023 but they sent me the wrong product. I have been in contact with them almost 20 times via email, but they never respond to my emails and they have not sent the correct product either.

Extremely dishonest company and I advise everyone to avoid buying from here.

UNDVIK!

Super support. Always very helpful. Always very quick replies, even on odd hours. Good speed on site. All in all the best hosting I have experienced so far.

Highly recommended.

Microsoft engages in extortion by blocking / spam-flagging our e-mails sent to all recipients using Microsoft products in order for us to buy MS products.

We're a serious company with more than 20 yrs in business. We have never sent bulk e-mails, our domain has never been used in any malicious way, but we are now, from out of nowhere, being flagged by MS as suspicious. This is resulting in all our e-mails sent to recipients using MS are being blocked, some e-mails ending up in recipients spam folder, some not even that.

After extensive talks with MS to solve this the conclusion is that the only way to work it out and to release the spam-flagging is to buy Microsoft services. Apparently we need to buy Microsoft 365, move our domain over to MS and start using MS e-mail services.

This is pure blackmail. Locking all digital communication from serious companies in their spam filters and not letting go until you pay your way out of it.

This is nothing short of extortion. Despicable business ethics and just totally unacceptable.

Be aware!

Kriminellt beteende.

Unbelievably lousy customer service.

- Super incompetent customer service that IKEA outsourced to some 3rd party company.
- Calling them is futile. No one can answer anything.
- E-mailing them is futile, no one answers. It took 1 month and 8 emails for them to answer and when they did, it was yet another "ohh, we're so sorry, bla, bla, blah..."

Incredible really that a global company like IKEA lets this farce continue. Pathetic.
