nShift Reviews 

We've been waiting over 6 months for an implementation that is still not done. We keep being told that it will be ready, or that they expect it to be ready by a certain date, but those dates pass and nothing happens. Meanwhile, the company we're supposed to be integrating with has told us they haven't even heard from nShift.

On top of that, nShift is also behind Webshipper, which in our experience has taken a significant dive in quality. Implementations there take months as well.

Most recently, we had a technical issue where Webshipper/nShift removed ALL customs data from our orders. This resulted in 600+ orders being sent out incorrectly and eventually returned to us. To make matters worse, we then had to deal with customs duties on the returned shipments just to receive our own orders back.

After months of delays, missed timelines, poor communication and serious technical issues, our experience has been extremely disappointing.

The integration has too much downtime. It causes a lot of issues in warehouses and forces us to use a legacy system as back-up when nShift are experiencing technical difficulties.

A few years ago, I was responsible for operations at a company that implemented Nshift. From that position, I experienced firsthand the positive impact the platform had on our shipping and logistics processes.

What stood out most was the ease of use and the significant time savings for our team. The implementation went smoothly, daily shipping operations became more efficient, and several manual tasks were simplified. The support throughout the project was also professional and responsive whenever assistance was needed.

Although this experience dates back a few years, I still look back very positively on the implementation and the value Nshift brought to our operation.

Easy to setup and use and great support & features

nShift offers a fantastic service which enables companies to choose the best solution to their freight needs.

Great technology. Little bit premium pricing but adds value with networking possibilities

Working with the Nshift team from both a commercial point of view, and the development team behind, is just a good way of strengthening Link Logistics possibilities to adapt and expand in several markets.
We use several of their integrations already, and in 5 different markets, so it is a key for us to solve potential issues on integrations.

nShift is a professional and reliable solution that makes shipping and logistics easier to manage. It provides good overview, supports daily operations well, and makes it easy to track shipments across multiple carriers in one place. Some parts of the platform could be more intuitive, and certain workflows could be smoother, but overall it has been a very positive experience

The service and solutions provided were great!

Great but it could be less buttonpresses/steps on many things.

Strong understanding of ecomm and delivery management and how to help us to grow internationally. Experience suite products made it a more attractive vendor and so far they've been good.

Really poor product. Not suitable for Mac. No follow up. Find other partners - there are many better solutions out there.
