Don't understand all the bad reviews. Solebox handled everything regarding my order efficiently. Nice selection and good costumer service - big up!

Package arrived after 4 weeks, with no communication or response to my emails. I am now unable to return it (I don’t need it anymore, it was meant to be a gift) because the return form on their website does not work. They eventually responded after the package was delivered, but offered no solution and didn’t even apologize. Their response was that they can’t guarantee delivery times, when the website clearly states 1-3 working days and that’s the reason I made a purchase. Despite the significant delay and lack of communication, they expect me to pay for the return myself. Extremely poor customer service. Do not order from them.

ABSOLUTLY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!
I've ordered 2 weeks ago and didn't receive my shoes yet! They cooperate with the worst delivery company in the effin universe UPS! My parcel arrieved in Athens Greece 2 days after my order and since then it's sitting in a Warehouse 2 hours outside of Athens in the middle of nowhere and disqusting UPS ist postponing the delivery every day since 2 weeks! This is totally unacceptable! i payed 20 euros for this effing circus!
Solebox-support service is A JOKE and totally USELESS! the keep sending stupid emails that they are checking the wereabouts of my delivery and this procedure can take a while! I am definitely taking legal action and will never ever again orden from this "company"!

TERRIBLE experience !!
after not receiving the package,they don’t want to refund me! they are still replying on my mails that the problem is the shipping company who is still working on my case to solve the problem.

Have to pay shipping cost to AND pay shipping when returning item. Spent 15 euros on something that i returned. never ordering here again.

I wish I had read the reviews here before I purchased. You have to arrange the return yourself, which cost me 10 euros. For a place that sells shoes, that is quite a strange practise as you have to try on shoes and so often they won't fit. I placed an order because they were the only store that had Crocs that I was looking for as a present, and they are fine, but sadly, I got tempted and ordered sneakers with them that are very uncomfortable for me, and now I have to pay 10 euros to return them. I won't be buying from this store again and I do not recommend it.

Don’t order from this company this call is a scam. There’s no customer care known to help Troy the email the customer care company deployed back. Thank you for your message. You can’t talk to somebody. No one answer your emails or nothing. The company is a scam. Try to get a refund or automate sent back and all tracking anything else in the company. Have a knocking my refund scam stay away from this company. Don’t order this company ever again.

Ordered shoes, later the same day (today) wanted to cancel the order (the reason for the cancellation is that the shoes are Fake). got a reply that that I cannot cancel it and on top of that that they won't cover sending the item back. Just don't order

Returning is so difficult in comparison to competitors. They don’t offer a return label so you have to arrange it yourself. If solebox is 5-10 euro cheaper than another place, buy from the other place. If you ever need to return something you’ll be in profit. I learned this the expensive way.

Their website is broken and you cant´t order the correct shoe size. They send me the wrong size shoes and when I contacted them via mail I only got automized responses.

I ordered a pair of airmax 95 neon. Order was placed on a Saturday. On Monday, I received a notification that the shoes were packed and awaiting carrier pickup. From there, I received regular shipping updates from UPS. The shoes were delivered that Thursday. Considering the shipment was from Germany to Spain, this was very quick. They were in perfect condition. Overall, it was a perfect experience.

Ordered a jacket for €565. Waited for 1 month. Shipment never was sent. Never arrived. Only stupid promises from seller. Now they even stopped responding. I asked them for refund. And they ignore me. So i opened paypal dispute. Never order anything from this shop. Scammers. Avoid

Got my order on time and everythin was as described.

I placed an order almost a month ago, and I didn't receive any shipping confirmation until yesterday.
There was no apology for the order being delayed for a month, but that's not the worst part. They canceled one item from the order and aren't refunding money for it. They haven't responded to messages either by email or on Instagram.

I am sharing this to warn others about the dishonest conduct of Solebox.
After they failed to meet their promised "4-6 business days" delivery timeframe and ignored my inquiries for days, I requested to cancel the order. Their support explicitly replied: "We have now requested the cancellation of the order. As soon as we have any updates, we will get back to you."
Instead of following through with the cancellation and issuing a refund, they did the exact opposite. Several days later, they simply decided on their own to ship the shoes anyway, completely ignoring my request and their own written confirmation that they would cancel it.
They even ignored the fact that a PayPal dispute was opened, choosing to force the transaction through instead of returning my money.
I will never buy from this company again. The entire experience has left me with nothing but a feeling of disgust and of being exploited.

Order never arrived and they aren’t responding to any of my emails

Ordered easily, waited for a week, delivered.
One thing was wrong, they have written the wrong phone number of mine on the box so delivery guy could not call me to tell me he is coming

Great shoes, ordered 2 pairs to Croatia, smooth delivery and product. Thanks guys. Will come back for more ;)

Terrible experience with a pair of boston birkenstock.
I ordered the 42 size and then they shipped a wrong number, I proceeded with the return and refund, then I ordered once again the 42 and they sent me for the second time a 43!!! It’s incredible!
Do not order from this company!!!
