The quality of the product delivered was dreadful and bears no resemblance to what was advertised on their "London" (read China) website. The returns policy is non-existent.

Do not buy from this company they are a scam ! I ordered a blue cardigan original price £150 it arrived late and the quality was dreadful !! I would say worth no more than £2.00 . No returns policy ! Came from china not London waste of £50.00 !!!! Very angry

I bought a T shirt from this company it was too small
I contacted them immediately to say that the size was no good They responded by saying I could keep the tshirt and reorder in a bigger size of which they wanted me to pay £8 I replied explaining thus was the biggest size in this style
I asked them for the return details as I wanted my money back
They took a while to respond again asking me to explain why I wanted a refund
I replied yet again with the same information
I expressed I would like my money back
After contacting them again their reply said
Before we proceed with a return I want to be completely transparent with you so you can make an informed decision
Our local fulfilment warehouse is not equipped to process customer returns For this reason returns are handled through our designated return facility in ASIA This may involve additional transit time
They wanted me to choose another tshirt free of charge which I already said I preferred the tshirt I bought and it was not available in a larger size
They have told me if I want a financial resolution They will offer me. 15% cashback refund ??

Yet another scam company to join the list . It's a Chinese company poising as London based or netherlands. Also grace Windor I'm complying a list. So please don't use this company if you do you loose your money . Returns are to their warehouse in china. Stuff cheap & awful

Do not use this company. Product that arrived is totally different from image. Material quality is poor. It is not based in London

Ordered sandals made from premium leather but when they arrived they are made of very thin cheap felt material that probably wouldn’t last one wear. However, I felt reassured by the return policy but this is also completely false. The simple returns process promised does not exist and I just keep getting emails offering more of the cheap rubbish free. Website should be removed as the whole thing is an absolute con. Save your money and don’t bother with this rubbish, I wish I had.

The shirt I ordered was needed for an event, I emailed them to ask if it would be delivered on time for said event. Was assured it would be there. It didn't arrive in time! When it did arrive it was extremely poor quality. I've emailed several times now asking to return the item and seek a refund.... no response. Do not use this company. Awful

If I could give less than 1 star I would. The quality of the item was horrendous (and that is me being polite), took over 10 days to be delivered, despite claims it was coming from London. I have started a refund process, although I am not convinced this will be easy either.

There isn’t a 0 Star option, so 1 is all I can award. The only thing embroidered on this shirt, is the buttons.

Nothing to do with London, they are in China.

Completely fraudulent!

Just been told it will cost $50-70 to return each item back to China. They are not a legitimate business. Do not use. No refunds given. No customer service. Appalling quality of clothes. Please avoid at all costs.

The jacket looked nothing like the online picture. The quality was very poor, the padding extremly poor, virtually non-existant
Size is very tight. Will not use this dealer again. Pity thete is no button to rate lower than 1

Despite this website making themselves look like they’re from the UK, they’re not. Ordered my husband 2 pairs of cargo shorts, not only are they nothing like the photos and very badly made, I ordered according to their size chart, waited almost 3wks for delivery, they arrive the day before we’re leaving for holiday, supposedly in a men’s Large which in actuality is a child’s size, I’d say age11-12! What a joke, except they must be the only ones laughing

They deserve none start, it’s the worst item I ever received. The quality of the product is very bad., don’t even have a label on it. The items received nothing like the photographs online, it’s totally fake. It made of poor cheap materials. A refund was impossible. Please avoid this company. They mislead customers.

Terrible product, material thin and cheap, badly cut. Sizing way smaller than advertised. Arrived stuffed into a plastic bag so was heavily creased. Tried to return the product but they wouldn't provide any guidance on the returns process. Offered me a token refund of 15% instead. Wish I had read the reviews first.

So I ordered a pair of long boots, (unfortunately before I found reviews) that were sold and pictured as leather, the boots shown were obviously and very clearly well made, with a stitched leather and well made sole/heel. And sold as orthopaedic.
The boots arrived, folded over (you can’t do that with real leather) in plastic bags. They are absolutely NOT leather, not 6.5, the side zips don’t zip properly, they are dreadful there is absolutely nothing “quality”about them! the soles/heels are literally plastic! Not the grippy rubber type soles shown in the photos. They are absolutely awful, so awful I couldn’t even consider donating them! No one would want them! I’ve emailed them and asked for a returns label, however I’m guessing as per other reviews it will cost me substantially more than the boots cost (they were allegedly on sale reduced from £125 to £40.) I googled a photo of the boots and found identical ones on Amazon for £13.00 and Temu for around £15.00. Never again! This is 100% a scam company. If I’d got them from Temu I’d have expected rubbish, unfortunately I’ve been scammed clearly, lesson learned I’ll never again buy from any company again until I’ve googled reviews FIRST!

Ordered the boots and they arrived, clearly from China packaged the same as a pair i previously bought online from some dropshipping site. This is not a london boutique store it is a dropshipping site sending cheap rubbish from china! Am awaiting return instructions for a full refund. Never ordering again nothing like the picture on the website.

Items were unwearable and extremely poor quality material. Unable to get refund because they are not in the U.K and this is not explained on their website.

Only gave it one star as there is no negative start ratings! Do not be fooled by the name (London) or the pictures of Tower Bridge. This is a drop shipping operation, and a complete scam. The product is not as described, The size does not follow the size guide lines and the 30 day money back guarantee is a complete joke! The most they will offer is 40% (and keep the product - which is useless) and if you want to send anything back it has to go to China, with a whole host of conditions and no guarantee that you will EVER get a refund!!!

My order arrived screwed up in a bundle in plastic bags also screwed up.
I have received no replies from my e mails, although they say they will respond within 24 hrs.!! I sent a picture of the the garment in the state I received it . Still no reply. I am going to contact my bank . Never again !!!

Absolutely appalling experience. I ordered on 15 August and the clothes arrived with no tags attached.
Their website advertises “easy, hassle-free returns”, yet returning has involved days of emails and repeated offers of 15%, 20%, 30% and 40% instead of simply processing my return.
I eventually had to return the items to China at my own expense (£15) and have now escalated the matter to my credit card provider.
Misleading, frustrating and completely unacceptable. I would not order from this company again.
