0 stars as is a completely fake business. 3 month still trying to get my refund and finally answered saying will offer 50% and keep the items, I agreed to just get it resolved, and surprise surprise they then don’t reply. I sent another complaint (at least 15emails of communication on this) and they have now said they are passing to their intervention support team to try and see what the problem is and help to resolve! Absolute scam and have reported, however not sure what if any action gets taken. Please do not buy, and please report them to your bank, and trading standards and anyone, to ensure they cease operating. Be careful as the following sites are part of the same scam I believe they just change the name: Roman, Whitmore Lane, Anna Maja, Wilson & Carter.

DO NOT ORDER - if you want quality or think you might have to return they don’t abide by the 30 day return they claim to uphold.
I have no further communication from them since 3 Oct 26, expensive lesson learnt!!!!

After item arrived much later than it was meant too and was too big I messaged for a return several times only to either get ignored or it said they were busy they would contact me … did not happen. Very unprofessional service. Avoid this company at all costs .

Don't buy from this site - it is not what it seems, doesn't deliver when they say they will (ie: give you tracking info for UK when the items are still in China) - took weeks to deliver, not what I had ordered, and returns involve shipping items to USA at your own expense. Their profile is a scam - not in Yorkshire UK, ships from China. Customer Service seems like an AI bot - tells you a different thing each time you contact it.

I bought a jacket from this company and the quality was dreadful. I also tried to return but after sending multiple emails requesting a return code or address. They make a claim to guarantee 30 day return window and yet they do not provide this after a week of tying to request a return code. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY BE WARNED!!!

Do not order !!! terrible customer service, I have been trying to contact you to return my order since the 18th September, I have been trying to return this order JESSICA18177BEE · The email they give out for customer service does not respond or exist. I have now bought a dress that is not suitable and i can not return it and have a refund as promised on the their web site. They have not responded to 10 emails i have sent to return this item and have a refund. I believe that they are not responding so they don't have to pay the refund with in 30 days !!!! This is very misleading and if this is not sorted as soon as possible I will be seeking legal advise. I advise you to think twice before putting an order in to this company. They also submit there reviews, which means that you might as a consumer not see this.

This outfit is rubbish, and fraudulent. My wife bought a dress online and the one received bore nothing like the one she ordered. Wrong size, wrong pattern, wrong colours. An absolute disaster. We complained and all we got was a response saying they would pass it back to their quality team. Nothing heard since, so looked them upon Trustpilot, something we should have done before handing over a single penny. What a load of scumbags. Absolutely disgusting.

Complete scam. I never order from China… this company says they are based in York and are two sisters. They say a full 30 day money back guarantee. I have been trying to get in touch with them to return 3 dresses, non of them fit…. About 3 sizes smaller than they are supposed to be. No one replies to the emails and there is no ohh e number. Do not buy from this company. My own fault for not reading these reviews when buying quickly

Absolute rubbish. Suppose to be 2.5 fitted my size 6 friend. Gave us a laugh if nothing else. Took ages to come, strong rubber smell. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Not even worth 1 star, but you can't right a review unless you pick a star. Learned my lesson and I always look at reviews now. Hope you will now too. Delay in arriving is a huge red flag.

The order took over a month to arrive and was then a totally different dress to the one I had ordered.
Horrible material and a short shift dress when I had ordered a maxi shirt style dress.

This company is terrible please do not buy . I have been trying to return a parcel from August . After so many e-mails and still trying i still have no returns form or money back option . I now have no replys after numerous e-mails sent .

I ordered a dress that cost £59. It says free express delivery but clearly not took 3 week to received, while waiting to be delivered they always email you the update of your order. Then finally after 3 weeks I received my order and find it cery disappointing as material is really cheap very disgusting look. I started sending email them to return it and request a refund but unfortunately no reply from them, its really a big scam site. Dont ever try this site. Its my fault too never check before I ordered.. scam scam scam

I would give 0 stars. RIP off - ‘leather’ jacket arrived after many weeks- cheap plastic not worth a fiver. Shocking difference to pictures advertising.

Appalling quality. The dress I received looked nothing like the dress advertised on the website. The material is poor quality, with a nasty cheap feel, and the stitching is poor with loose threads. I contacted the company to share my feedback and request a full refund. No one has responded to advise on the returns process and there is no information on the website. DO NOT order from this company. Waste of money, fraudulent advertising, cheap and nasty goods.

Scammers. This is a -5 rating ( thats minus 5) No shop in York, address given is a Costcutter grocery shop and the address in the USA, the street number does not exist. Photos on website are AI of a non existent shop , all to fool you in to purchasing. This is a drop shipping outfit who will have your order sent from China, in as long as it might take, the seller is not located in York, nobody knows where the seller is located. When you do order, you are offered 50% back if you provide a positive review straight away. The whole thing is a fraud.
They even advertise vacancies on the website, to work in the boutique, but where? and inviting CV's .This is clearly personal data harvesting and unlawful.
And, all returns of the rubbish sold, is to another address in the USA and excessive postage and insurance costs - just to deter you and to keep it and shut up!
DONT GET SUCKED IN.

AVOID AVOID AVOID if I could give 0 stars I would. Item took over a month to arrive. Delay after delay. I tried to cancel order after 14 days but you cannot get hold of them by phone, it's email only & its all automated messages. All they kept saying was that its been shipped so had to deliver it & I could just send it back. Again & again I refused and asked for order to be cancelled & refund processed in accordance with Consumer Rights Act 2015 that gives you 30 days cooling off period for online purchases. They just totally ignore it & send & re- send automated messages. Return then cost £27.95 as returns have to go to America!! I'm not holding out much hope at all for a refund. Quality of the clothing is awful as well & is Chinese mad. Awful company. DON'T DO IT. AVOID
