I wish I could give zero stars. I find it impossible to believe that anyone was satisfied with this company.
The sweater I bought looked NOTHING like the picture. When I wanted to return it I had to pay shipping to Asia and a 15 % restocking fee or take 10% back.
Complete Bait & Switch!

The shoes look great and are very comfortable

I ordered what I thought were orthopedic shoes. This company said from Charlston South Carolina.
It’s all made in China. My size shoe 9 ordered was for a girl about 7. I contacted company and they had a terrible return policy not what I read online. Must pay 15% restock fee, plus shipping back to China and the several other return fees added on.They offered me 10% back and give shoes to friends or family.
They sure took advantage of this elderly senior woman.
Beware of this company.

It was signed for according to USPS
documents but never taken
This week I received that very package.

I spent $62 for coat
$22 for postage
I have a coat that I returned🙃
How is this honest customer service?

I ordered a leather pair of boots and the price I paid would have been what a leather pair of boots would typically cost at a department store. When they arrived in a ziplock bag, they smelled heavily of chemicals and they were NOT leather. I was informed I could return them to China on my own dime and pay a 15% restocking fee if I wanted to return them. False advertising at its best. Cheap shoes that should’ve cost no more than $20. Terribly disappointed to have been cheated yet again from an online company. Also they were delayed and got here late to begin with.

I cannot say enough negative about this company and I am never one to complain. But I will never order from this company again. The clothes arrived weeks after placing the order. Too late to wear either outfit to a wedding I was going to. But they were way too big for me anyways so I tried to send them back.

I spoke with somebody at Jennifer and John they told me that they are not on the East Coast in Charleston like their ad says. But they were out of China. So I had to send the clothes back to China.

I was told I had to use a specific address and fill out paperwork that I had to print off from the computer. I followed all of this exactly. Both outfits were very lightweight but it cost me $35 to send back to China that was four and a half months ago. I just received the package back. After spending $125 on two outfits and $35 to ship them back they didn't accept them.

I'm out $160. I just donated those two outfits to a second hand shop. Just so I could get them out of my house. Worst experience trying to return something in my life and I'm in my 60's.

DO NOT PURCHASE!!! Poor quality, cheap materials, mailed from China. They claim easy 30 day return, IT IS NOT! Fine print says you have to pay for the return so I did. $100 in shipping back to China, following their exact instructions, took over a month to get there. My tracking says that the package has arrived and I am now being ghosted by the company in refund. No responds after multiple emails. Phone number is a scam on the website. Stupid me, I should have checked the reviews before purchasing from this company.

Thanks for your reply to the review. I have emailed you guys multiple times already regarding the refund since April! I sent all tracking info already when pictures as instructed. Your response back to me was great until I actually followed through with return and since receiving the product back, zero respond back regarding refund after many emails requesting information. You have my info already with over a dozen emails so if this is not a scam and you do actually give me a refund back, I’d be happy to update my review.

Ordered what looked like a cute knit cardigan, then oncevI noticed I didn't have a ship date, got suspicious and checked reviews. Called maybe 35 minutes after and asked to cancel my order, was told I only had 20 minutes after ordering to be able to do that, nothing they could do. Took over two weeks (it came from China) to get to me, and is pretty awful, not a knit, but sweatshirt like material with a screen print design. Tried it on, shoulders come almost to my elbow, but the actual sleeve hits about 3 inches above my wrist. Not at all like what was shown on their website. Return costs (ship it back to China ($20-$50) plus a restocking fee of 15% - I would spend more than I paid to return it. Only other option was to keep it and "gift" it to someone else (Goodwill!!!) and they'd credit 10% of my purchase price back to me. I choose that option and posting this review to warn to not order from this company. Deceptive on so many levels - shame on you Jennifer & John Charleston, Elle Charleston.
Update after below response from Jennifer & John Charleston, their offer to carefully review and offer a resolution was nothing more than the same they offered initially pay to return to China plus 15% restocking or 10% of my purchase price back. Don't buy from them!

The customer service was amazing. The boots are even better!

The trousers were a pleasant surprise. They look polished but don’t feel tight, which makes them easy to wear for long days.

The shirt is basic in the best way. Comfortable fabric, decent fit, and no weird shape after wearing it for a few hours.

The product was great! I ordered too many of same color. The problem, I have, is the return is VERY MISLEADING! They are NOT in US, so the return is VERY COSTLY and sometimes, not worth it. That's not right...so the return process STINKS and folks are losing money because of this.

Horrible quality. Website looked legit. Prices good.Ordered 7 dresses and they were awful.Immediately sent them back. I did not know this company was in China. I spent 60.00 to ship back in April.Todate, it is in their country in customs. Still waiting for refund. Do not buy from them. You will regret it. No returns.

I was so excited for this purchase because it's the dress that I am going to wear for my small intimate wedding ceremony. The the delivery was on time and the dress is exactly what I wanted.

I bought the loafers because I wanted something smarter than trainers but still easy to wear. These landed right in that middle space. No rubbing, no awkward stiffness, and they look clean with most outfits. That’s enough for me.

The shirt arrived looking exactly like the photos. That alone made the order feel worth it.

The ordering part was simple and the delivery updates were clear. Nothing felt confusing, and the package arrived in clean condition.

Great service and classy suede pump

Wasn’t expecting much from the loafers, but they turned out better than I thought. They’re light, comfortable to walk in, and don’t have that painful new shoe feel. I’ve worn them with jeans and chinos already. Pretty solid buy.
