I have been a customer for a few years now. Lately the service has been slow and the price keeps going up. I do t understand why im still getting price increases when we have unlimited. Im seriously considering looking into better options for us because at 86 dollars a month I would think that we would have less lagging and less crashes.

I purchased a Smart WESTINGHOUSE ROKU TV for living room and had SAMSUNG taken out of living room and placed where older SHARP in master bedroom. I contacted Wightman yesterday, June 7, and spoke with MASON who was very efficient at explaining how to get both of these TV’s up and running. I had heard previously from a neighbour that it is more difficult to set up the WESTINGHOUSE TV for one reason or another. MASON was very patient as we went through the procedure 4-5 times until TV had volume and proper channels. Thank you MASON.

The young lady at the Stratford office took time to set up our new internet address on both our phone and laptop which had me frustrated completely no matter how hard I tried. Her mannerism was both very professional and most accommodating. Excellent service. Highly recommend the staff.
