2 years no issues and good customer service

Ive been with Teksavvy for almost 2 years now. No issues whatsoever, only tech support was to help me when I needed to hook up a new router. Fast, reliable and only down once in almost 2 years. Customer support is fast and friendly.

Customer service

Customer service! Rarely have I ever had to be put on hold and the odd time I was, it was very quick unlike other providers where I drain my phone battery before being connected with someone.
It became apparent that service disruptions are due Rogers line and not once due to a TekSavvy issue.

We have great internet service

We have great internet service. We stream shows, video chat and use the internet on our phones and computer with no problem. We also have our landline connected for a really reasonable price, as I hated to go just to cell phone calling.

The service overall is great except as specified above

The service overall is great, however I am still having issues with the PVR setup. Tremendous amount of issues in trying to fast forward in the PVR recorded programs. As well as the problem concerning only wanting to record the 6;00 pm CTV news but forced to record all of the days CTV news programs which takes all lot of the 100 hour total recording time.
