My cats are not interested. I paid $58. I wish I had looked at the reviews first.
The ads are so convincing.

I bought their 4 tubs of their dental powders, opened 1, cats didn't like it, and they refused to honor their money back guarantee. I didn't open 3 of the containers and the most they'd offer me is to give me 25% of my $55.99 back and "let" me keep the unwanted product. I wanted to return it and get my money back, but no dice! I had to go to the credit card company and prove fraudulent sales practices.

I ordered based on an instagram advertisement around end of June.
The tracking number given was fake, it kept telling me that the pancake was en route to Sweden (I am in the US). I emailed them and they said that’s just the normal route they use, not to worry. Several days went by and no package arrived. I checked again and the tracking was saying that the package was sent back to the factory in China.
I wrote several times asking for a refund, nothing.
Meanwhile, they kept sending me promotional emails, which I’d answer asking for an update on my package.
Finally someone answered saying I could file a claim because my package was insured. I filed the claim using the link given to me, and now the claim company is asking for proof that I bought package insurance with them!!! Of course I have no such thing.
I am calling my credit card company to file a dispute. Do not buy from them. This company is not reliable.

Both my cats have eaten their food well with the dental powder in it, and what I mostly enjoy is that their breath has improved, and they still enjoy playing with the silvervine sticks too. The only negative is that the silvervine sticks are too thin, and I wish they were thicker for the price.

Bought this with the knowledge that it had a 60 day refund policy, "simply get in touch and we will help you to return them ".
Gave cat one to play with, that immediately cancelled the refund policy, it does not apply if you open the packet!!
Cat had, and in 10 days since, had no interest in any way.

The hype around these "Silvervine" sticks on their advertising it off the charts. My cat? Couldn't care less. Forty dollars down the drain on what are essentially a few tree twigs wrapped in twine.

It is a scam.
False and misleading advertising. They make the 60-day money back guarantee one of their strongest hooks on their ads on IG and in their website.
Too bad that they won’t give you the money back if you have opened the package. But there is no way to know if your cats like the product if you don’t open the package.
The cats could not care less about theze stupid sticks.

Terrible. They tell you there's a 60 day, money back guarantee, but then it only applies If you never open the package, the problem is you never know about cats. They may not even like it. I left one out for 3 weeks. And the cats could care less. I even tried to use it as a toy again. They could care less. So I tried to get a refund and they tell me since I opened the package, I couldn't. So the 60 day refund is bogus I would never buy from this company. It's a risk not worth it. We all know how cats are finicky. Obviously this company doesn't care. They're just trying to make money. I would avoid them at all cost.

I’ve given this company 1 star rating because I did receive the product as ordered however when I realized my cat had zero interest in these sticks I emailed as directed to request the refund based on their 60 day money back guarantee. First they wanted a photo of the package of unopened sticks as any opened packages they refuse to accept (although there’s no mention of this upon purchase). I had ordered 2 packages but obviously had to open one for my cat to try. They did email back to tell me I could keep the sticks for a partial refund. I don’t want the sticks and requested again the full refund as per their guarantee and I’d return the sticks. They charged me $57.99 CAD for 10 sticks that were packaged into 2 packs. They’re now not communicating with me although I have emailed again to pursue the refund. This issue is dragging on… frustrating and unfair to the purchaser. ☹️

Polished website with convincing content to fool you and tug at your heart strings. I have a very inquisitive cat, but he showed no interest in these sticks even when the supplied cat nip was sprayed on. If I could leave zero stars, I would - such a ripoff.

They sticks were falling apart on arrival bits of raffia and glue shocking workmanship my cat sniffed and walked away as they smelt so badly it was a scam sadly I was ripped off, I let them lay around the house in different places and tried to play games with the. but they were never touched.
I was defenestrated taken for a ride. 😢

Purriq is a scam. “Silvervines” arrived reeking of toxic glue. Purriq refused to refund after package opened.

Pet stores offer these same treats — using safe, natural products — at a fraction of the cost.

BEWARE I bought these sticks, my cats wanted nothing to do with them. Sprayed a little catnip spray on to stick, cats ran away. Contacted Purriq about a refund. Adds says 100% rick free, 60 day money back if they don’t like. There is a link to start the process. Here for the VERY FIRST time, it says items must be unopened. No mention of that when you are buying, only when you are trying to return item. How is one supposed to know if their cat likes the product if not trying it. Unethical, shamefully Purriq goes to extreme to not honor 60 money back. Notice if you get package, street address, but no city. Review on Amazon, persons cat chewed off ends and swallowed.
He had to have emergency surgery. Cat still died. BEWARE. No warning about danger. Hope he is sueing Purriq for not having DANGER warning.

I placed an order 3 weeks ago and have received nothing. The tracking number goes to UNI and that says the order has been received and they are waiting on the package. I am in th US so I should have received it within days per the website. I have sent two emails to their customer service email with no response. If I don't get a response from them or the product within a week, I'm putting in a dispute with my credit card company. I wish I would have seen all these negative reviews before I ordered.

Product does not stand up to expectations, my cat barely touched it and you will not get any guaranteed refund of the money. It’s a hassle communicating with the company, their responsibility and refund of the money is impossible to get, they are ghosting you and you won’t see your money.

Buyer beware. It's a scam. You will be offered a 100% return guarantee but the company will NOT honour this and will refuse all contact with you.

Trash product, cats didn't like it, and they agreed to give a refund and then I couldn't get a hold of them ever again. Worst company and even worse customer service.

Bought silvervine with 60 day back guarantee. First 2 days already my cat ignores it (april 22th) , even when playtime or as treat.. mailed them, they said something cats need more time to get used to the scent..
now 7 days ( april 30th) later i send an email again back. She totaly ignores it and keep walking away.. even left in her favorite sleeping spot , she doesnt want to be near.. that email is never been answered.. so again today (may 1st) my 3th email to get the refund proces started and if they want, sending un-used sticks back.. so hopi g to hear next week from them..

Bad costumer service, the refund is verry diffecult.

Website clearly says 100% return guarantee. My cat would not touch the toy, It was a pack of 10, separately packaged. She said it "was opened" and couldn't be returned. Then changed to saying it was bad for the environment to return items, saying it would harm their carbon footprint. I would have to mail it to Australia! Do Not buy!
