My cats really love the Kittyspout. It's easy to clean!

The last shipment (which is to be my LAST!) was crushed. I was shocked at the condition of the package! It looked like it had been stepped on.

I am feeling ripped off by the exorbitant cost of the replacement filters. Such a tiny amount of product for the hefty charge.

Kitties are loving the kitty spout! My only problem is that I didn't realize it would take 3 weeks to arrive because it is made in China!

Great communication and support. Cat was afraid of the fountain at first because it was something different. Now he drinks from it all the time. So far no complaints it's a wonderful product.

Like the water fountain.
Took almost a month to get it, though.
Don't like the constant emails to buy more equipment and products.
Don't like that you set up automatic shipments without my authorization.

I do not want regular shipments. I did not sign up for this. I want to cancel anything to do with this company.

I received a new pump quickly after I reached out to let them know my pump had failed. They were very responsive.

This product is amazing! My cat loves it. He was a little skeptical at first but once he realized what it was, he’s been licking away. I also love how much water it holds and that you can choose different modes or use it wirelessly.

The KittySpout is as advertised. It has no plastic, is cleaner and much easier to clean than the other brands.

My 2 cats used it 3 or 4 times the first day or 2 and haven't used it since. They have used numerous fountains for the last 6 or 7 years but they don't like this one. I have cleaned it and changed the filters after a week or 2 but they just ignore the unit completely. I've asked repeatedly for a refund, to no avail. I guess I will have to call the Attorney General.

Very shady company. My auto-subscription for filters was placed 8/15. On 9/2 there was no movement in the system, and I wrote a negative review. Magically, the very next day I received an email saying my order was dispatched. Today, 9/6, my order says that “a shipping label has been created.” No other movement. All products ship from China. AVOID these people at all costs.
