Order process was good. Shoes arrived and fit well. Only negative is I like to wear without socks in warm weather, and every time I take my shoes off the insole comes partially out. Other than that, so far all is well.

My shoes didn't fit right so I asked for a return with full refund. They said it would be more efficient to get a different size, what size would I like? Asked again. Haven't heard from them for three days now. The advert said I could return if not satisfied. Yeah, riiiight. No other way of contacting them except email, which is not working out. Avoid this company and products!

I live the fit, I love the feel.

Thought the Hikes I ordered were slip in not ties.

Affordable, comfortable, great fit, and attractive. The customer service was excellent replacing the pair that didn't fit with the right size, no problems.
What more could I ask for.

I ordered a men's size 10.5. I received a size 4. I emailed them describing their error. They replied that for $9.99 they would send the correct size, and included an exchange form. When using that form, the cost increased to $21+. I requested a return shipping label to return the shoes, advising that this was their error and I should not have to pay for the return or the replacement. Since then there has been no further communication from them. They still have my money, and I have shoes that will only fit a 10-year-old. Very poor customer service. If I could give a negative rating, I would.

My feet grew happy soon as I wore my Hike Strides few hours, then took a 2 hour break and seond day and since Hike's 4 pairs of shoes have kept my feet happy! The laced up step in is phenomenal and the sandals are first sandals ever that kept my skinny little feet happy! Thank you for Excellent customer service as well. I think I have a perk waiting to be used!

attractive on line, not IRL. After waiting close to three weeks for the order, they arrived in a plastic bag, squished and oh so pathetic. The very thin mesh material is poor quality and noticeably cheap from across the room. I had added insoles and was charged full price not the discounted add-on as offered. The insoles do not have an arch or padded heel, they are more of a liner. Perfect if you are a shopping addict and want to be reminded everytime you look down that you've got a problem.

I was VERY disappointed that I could not exchange several pairs of shoes for a size smaller. I was willing to pay the shipping cost, but was told they couldn't exchange/refund my shoes as I purchased them during a sale!!!

I meant to order only 1 pair. The order came up as two pairs ordered. I sent 2 messages before they shipped that I did not want 2 pairs, but received 2 pairs anyway. I have sent 2 emails since receiving the order requesting info on how to return the shoes... with no reply. Your website said there would be a response in 1-2 business days. The shoes were too small. Very disappointed in Hike. It was order #2629554.

My husband and I each got two pairs of Hike footwear. I love mine and wear them frequently. I had the beginnings of plantar fasciitis but that has ebbed for now.
My husband likes his as well but he has a pair that is coming apart on the sole on one shoe while it is beginning to do the same on the mate as well. He has not worn his as much as I have worn mine so we are not sure what has caused this. Any suggestions?

The shoes are great, but they seem to run small not true to size

I was skeptical but now I am a convert. The shoes are so comfortable, I could walk for days in them.

This is a good product and I have had many compliments on the purple color.

I ordered one pair of shoes and received two pairs. i have had THE MOST FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE in trying to get the address where I can return the second pair, get a refund and not have to pay shipping. They might offer good shoes - I am still trying to break mine in - but as a company responding to consumers they deserve the lowest rating.

To tell the truth so far I love them but today is only the second day I have worn them. I know you are supposed to gradually get used to them but I have been super busy.

I was well communicated with about delivery. The shows are more comfortable than other bare foot shoes I've tried and I feel that I am looking after myself by wearing them

I have sent 2 emails requesting an exchange and have no response to date.
