I purchased hiking boots for over $100
I purchased hiking boots for over $100. Wore 10 times and the lace loop popped off. This is a key feature of a hiking boot! Contacted Orthofeet, which had a robot respond that it was outside the 6 month warranty so “we’re sorry you are disappointed.”

Good quality footwear
Well. I still don't know if these are the right shoes for me. I have been wearing orthotics for many years. I feel like taking the Orthofeet insoles out and replacing them with my orthotics isn't the right way to go. I still have ankle pain issues. Probably not due to the footwear.

I purchased the same shoe, same size, same width (different color) as last year. After wearing it for two months, breaking it in for a few hours a day, it still does not fit the same way last year's shoe fit. That's disappi

Super adjustable and a dream to walk on.
The sandal has so many adjustment straps that you can't help but find a comfortable way to wear them. And I adore the footpad material. It is wonderful to walk on and there are no seams to irritate after a while! If I could find a pair of house slippers made of that material alone, I'd buy several pairs!!
