Very slow return service and terribly cheap looking and feeling products. Go to a real electronics retailer and stay away from this 'trend' trap

Delivery was smooth and fairly quick to Sweden. I also liked that the tracking updates were actually clear instead of confusing automated messages.

They sell the wrong product, stolen pictures from other companies, they don't accept returns because they themselves define which product is not eligible for an accepted return. They lie that it is the right product so the money is not refunded, the product cannot be returned. A completely scam company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. They sell a Mercedes according to the pictures, you get a bicycle, they say you can't return the bike because it has been opened from the package. Completely scam company, check the product pictures they are stolen from other companies, they don't sell what is shown in the pictures you can get anything but "it is the right product, can't be returned we decide what can be returned" the company's website doesn't mention anything about tiote this can't be returned they can lie about what they don't accept to return, a decent company would take responsibility for the wrong product and refund the money

Bought a wireless table lamp and now I move it around the whole apartment because it works literally everywhere. Very practical.

I am beyond mad!!!! I purchased an item on the 5th of June..
on the 17.th I still hadn’t received it. Found out it hadn’t been sent.. yet!! The customer service apologized by mail. Sent me a link and told me it was on its way!! 12 days.!!! Clicked the link just to find out : there is no order on its way!!!!!!

Money has already been pulled from my account!!! This is a scam page

It is a scam! They didn't deliver the product. I was told there was an attempt. Parcel Number didn't work. Hotline isn't working.

The minimalist style here feels genuine and not forced. Some stores try too hard to look Scandinavian. This one feels really natural.

I didn't expect the quality to feel this good. The fabric on the pillowcase feels soft without being fragile or difficult to care for.

It is a scam! They dropship fake itemswithout knowing the quality themselves. I ordered solid wood wall hangers. They sent fake wood hangers. Refused to accept my claim.

I am trying to get a feed back on delivery date for an order ..and no answers .. tried e-mail, phone call …

This is a scam store. I received a "ring" that was completely different from the description. There are no rotating parts in this Elvira Spinner Ring; it's just a crude, shoddy job. The company hasn't responded to any of my emails, and the phone number listed on the website doesn't answer. I still haven't been able to get my money back. This is a complete scam; don't buy anything from them.

I ordered an elegant picnic table but received a cheap product made of 8 mm plywood, poorly cut. Nothing like the advertised images. The seller refuses to cover return costs and demands shipping to China at my expense, with illegal customs instructions. Offers only a 20% refund without return. This site uses deceptive practices. Strongly not recommended.

I ordered a product from Sarando and was told there is a 90-day return policy with a money-back guarantee. However, customer service does not respond to emails, and their phone number goes straight to voicemail.

Initially, their website implied that returns could be sent to a Swedish warehouse, but after my purchase, they changed the return information to require sending the item to China, making it practically impossible to exercise my legal right of withdrawal in the EU.

I have screenshots documenting both versions of their website. This company’s practices are misleading and make returns extremely difficult, if not impossible. I strongly caution anyone considering buying from them.

We ordered a lamp for 2,000 SEK and paid for it in full. Despite the fact that 7 weeks have now passed, the item has still not been delivered. We have made several attempts to contact the company but have received no response.
This lack of communication and failure to deliver the product is unacceptable. If we do not receive a response or a full refund immediately, we will report this matter to the appropriate consumer protection authorities.
