El sistema de seguimiento no funciona correctamente, mi paquete lleva una semana en Francia, el seguimiento muestra 1 semana sin eventos, pedido en España, la empresa no responde a ningún contacto, muy mala empresa, ¿por qué Amazon utiliza estas empresas que no entregan como deberían y reciben constantes comentarios negativos? La reputación de esta empresa está arruinada.
