DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUD COMPANY. They sell the wrong product, they do not accept returns, they do not refund the money, they themselves define what cannot be returned on the product. They sell you a Mercedes, you get a bicycle, they say they do not accept returns, you have opened the package, a completely fraudulent company. They steal pictures from other companies for the wrong product, they claim the product is as shown in the pictures. a completely fraudulent company

This is nothing else than fraud
This is nothing else than fraud. Big promises on their various country website but they do not keep any of their claims. Do NOT try to buy anything from Sarando. In my case p ordered items that never was delivered. No return is being offered instead that i can offer new items for an extra ”administrative charge”.

Les objets sont arrivés dans un carton totalement défoncé sans aucune protection... Il étaient par ailleurs mal montés et défectueux... Absence totale de communication avec Sarando, rien via le site, rien via mail et le numéro de téléphone aux Pays-Bas est évidemment faux.
Attention... ESCROCS !
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
The items arrived in a completely damaged box with no protection whatsoever... They were also poorly assembled and defective... There was a total lack of communication with Sarando, nothing via the website, nothing via email, and the telephone number in the Netherlands is obviously incorrect.
Beware... SCAMMERS!
