I bought a child car seat.
But I received a cushion with straps to attach to a kitchen chair instead.
They won’t take it back—I have to return it at my own expense, all the way to China!!!

Terrible, slow delivery.
I bought some sandals for €31 that were supposedly orthopedic, but they’re of horrible quality—worse than items from Temu or Shein (not to disparage those sellers). They’re not even worth €10; not even Chinese stores sell such poor-quality items. They’re not orthopedic at all.
It took a month to arrive—a total letdown. And I’m not sure if I’ll be able to return them.

Be careful—don’t buy anything from this site.

Product is scam just glasses with frosted lens, advertised as revolutionary eyewear, kynara glasses, beware, avoid like the plague.

Very bad experience with this company. I placed an order on February 12th and still haven't received it. I contacted them to request a cancellation and refund, but they refused. They offered no solution, and I haven't received the package for a product that, from what I've researched, came from China, not Italy. I don't recommend buying from them because they are scammers.

Unfortunately, my experience with this store was disappointing.
The item I received did not meet my expectations. The fabric is very thin, the sizing does not match the size chart, and the item arrived without a label/tag, which raises concerns about quality control.
Because of these issues, I contacted customer service requesting a fair solution. However, the only option offered was a 30% partial refund without return. The store refused either a higher refund or to cover the return shipping costs, showing no willingness to meet the customer halfway.
I accepted the partial refund only to close the matter, but overall I am very disappointed with the lack of flexibility and customer-oriented approach.
I would not recommend this store to customers who expect accurate sizing, proper labeling, and fair after-sales support.
