Ordered a portable aircon unit, came as a completely different item to as described on the website has a connector pipe to the outside on the images). Looking to return it, sent 4 emails over 3 weeks and have just been ignored. Please can someone help #25021

A SCAM company from China, products low quality and not as adverted and if you don't pay thru a safe method as PayPall or cred card is very hard to take money back from them even is them fault don't provide the return label for free so DON't buy from this site👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Utterly Fraudulent Company

Fraudulent, Spam Company. Do not buy anything from this website. You do not find out that they are a chinese based operation until you receive the order confirmation. After a long delay, they delivered a tiny cheap tacky air cooler rather than 12000BTU air conditioner. They have even changed the picture and description on their website compared to my original order.
Along the way I requested they cancelled the order and issue a full refund. No surprise they jusy prevaricate and avoid responsibility.

No point in returning and requesting a refund as it will be the usual we will refund 50% and you can keep the tat item. I will stop the payment through the credit card company.

Ordered 2x 12000 BTU air conditioners, to be sent 2 very cheap air coolers (basically a crappy fan). No replies from the company despite several attempts.

Like many I bought the air con unit and received air cooling unit back in May. Didn't received anything until June, had to claim refund through my bank, got the money back 2 days ago.
Reading all the reviews that have now arrived I can see it wasn't an accident.
Report to trading standards roo so they can be removed all together from public view in the first place.

Scam company.

I contacted them about delays on a product and they were quick to reply. However when the product arrived it was clearly falsely advertised and I contacted for a refund, which they ignored.

I know they ignored this as I pretended to contact them again about "another delayed product" they were quick to answer that, and when I asked for a refund again, again I was ignored.

Oh I did this a 3rd time, guess the results...

They do not reply to refund requests.

For those wanting their money back, send a refund request, wait 15 days then contact your bank with evidence of them ignoring you and their "30 day refund guarantee" they promise.

Paid for a 12000btu portable air conditioner, received an evaporative cooler - nothing like an air conditioner and a fraction of the cost I actually paid - scammers.

The quality of the item is extremely poor. Bought 2 items end up only received one. You'll be lucky if they ever respond to your email. Completely scam! Avoid at all cost!

Ordered an AC unit and got a fan. No response to emails. delivery was delayed and then wrong product arrived. Had to raise it as fraud with my bank to get a refund.

As with loads of other people, I ordered a 12,000BTU air conditioner unit and after 4.5 weeks of waiting received a cooling fan!
Within 1 hour of ordering I emailed to cancel the order, as I realised it was coming from China, but I had no reply.
Likewise to other emails I sent, no replies.
I would definetly not use this company, steer clear!!!

SCAMMERS STAY WELL CLEAR!

Air con unit for £100 reduced from £160 arrived as a Christmas cracker £15 tacky piece of rubbish.

Cant communicate with the company as the customer service support email address shared with their email doesn't exist.

I placed an order for a portable air conditioning unit which ended up being delivered 3 weeks past its delivery date. When I initially contacted them through their customer service email they provide I had no response. After doing a bit of digging, I found their contact form in which they are were very good at responding. They sent me an email update apologising for the delay and said it was due to the currier and their delays due to the heat that it was delayed.

Eventually the delivery came and was the wrong item. Instead of an air conditioning unit I received an air cooler. This is where it went from bad to worse. I sent an email to a previous person I’d been speaking to, a new email to their customer service email and then multiple more emails through their contact form adding up to around 5 emails since receiving the incorrect item 2 weeks ago and I’ve heard nothing. They say they will be in contact with you within 48 hours of which when I wasn’t requesting a return for a refund, they were attentive. Now they just won’t contact me back. I have had to raise a dispute with my bank for them to resolve the issue but this is also a long process.

This company is clearly a scam and I would avoid at all cost!!

Ordered a 12000 BTU portable air conditioner. It said it would take 6-9 business days. After 3 weeks and two chasing emails, what I received was an air cooler worth less than half the price. (Based on price of same unit on Amazon).
I asked for a full refund and to return it at no cost to me. No response. Then I offered to keep it and get a refund commensurate with the difference in value between the two items. No response.
I am currently waiting for the outcome of the chargeback claim I have lodged with my credit card company.
