Ordering was simple. delivery was super quick. Has many cool features! You can dim the lights, brighten them, make them flash, built in timer. Super cool. Perfect for our wedding.

Every part of my experience with Nightglow was a 5 star experience -- from the initial email to Melissa (because I had no idea what to order!), to the advice and then the mock-ups of the sign, everything was so clear and easy, I was already blown away. Then, the speed at which my order arrived was amazing. And lastly, but most importantly, the sign is so AMAZING I hardly know what to say. I just find myself starting at it! In the days of "bots" on websites that answer questions and the inability to correspond with a human in most companies, Nightglow Studio stands out for its excellent customer service as well as its excellent products. Sign arrived ahead of scheduled delivery and as designed. I am not a huge fan of the bulky power source cable and multiple connections but the sign itself is great and as described!
