Communication was excellent, shipping was quick, and packing was safe and secure. I'm super impressed with the quality of the sign and definitely feel that I got my money's worth! I will be using neonific for all of my neon needs in the future. I highly recommend neonific!

Good customer care
It took almost 2 months to receive my order but the Customer Care (Alvin) was always available to answer my questions and kept a close eye on my order. Finally receive it and loved the products.

Everything as It shoud be
After asking a lot of quotations to make a custom neon for my company’s logo, and getting very high prices, I found that at Neonific they are very honest in pricing and very good in designing a custom neon given an image.

Perfect Gift for our Colleague!
I started by requesting a quote for a design I didn't have in mind, but provided content. Later I was able to update my RFQ with a specific design idea. Neonific prepared a mockup, and it gave me new ideas. After a few font and color changes, Neonific even worked with me on a price to fit the planned budget by appropriately sizing the sign. I didn't realize it would come with a remote, which was a welcomed bonus surprise. The sign was a gift from our team to a colleague. Production and shipping were quick, and it was packaged very well!

Great quality and service
