I started by requesting a quote for a design I didn't have in mind, but provided content. Later I was able to update my RFQ with a specific design idea. Neonific prepared a mockup, and it gave me new ideas. After a few font and color changes, Neonific even worked with me on a price to fit the planned budget by appropriately sizing the sign. I didn't realize it would come with a remote, which was a welcomed bonus surprise. The sign was a gift from our team to a colleague. Production and shipping were quick, and it was packaged very well!

Last summer I got an Oculus Quest 2 and scratched up my brand new pair of glasses wearing them while using the VR headset. I bought a new pair of glasses and continued using the scratched pair of glasses with my Oculus. In the meantime, I kept searching for the cheapest way to offset the Oculus lenses from my glasses. In the process of testing options I slightly scratched my good pair of glasses. I was hopeful, but nothing has worked. I haven't used my VR headset for ~7 months because my "Oculus glasses" are so poorly scratched. A couple weeks ago, the tech at the eye clinic noticed my good glasses were slightly scratched. I was sadly reminded how they got scratched and that I quit using my Oculus because of that. The tech promptly ordered new lenses under warranty (who knew?!). My wife told me to just buy prescription inserts for my Oculus. The eye clinic gave me a copy of my prescription and I ordered insert lenses from VR Wave last week. Turns out it was cheaper than we expected. Fast turn around, too! I got 'em easily installed into my Oculus and am really excited how well they are working for me. I also like the way the magnetic insert can stay mounted in the Oculus and the lenses can be quickly removed and stored in the lens case provided by VR Wave while others use the headset. No more scratched up glasses! So happy!

Thanks Andrea! First, when I advised that the GC code I was trying to use wasn't working, you easily relieved my panic and made me feel comfortable while you immediately began looking into the issue. Secondly, you chuckled with me -- not at me -- right after I discovered I was putting the code in the wrong field. :-) Even though it was a straight shot from there, you held on with me while I navigated my way through the rest of the order process to make sure that my GC and balance would be taken care of. And you laughed with me some more. :-) It was like being into a retail store and being helped in person, yet you did this behind a chat screen where your wonderful personality brilliantly shined through!
