I was informed that I would have to wait 30 days for my package. Instead of saying we will send another item right away, I was told to wait 30 days, and of course on top of that, if they couldn’t find it after 30 days, I will have to wait another week probably for them to send a new one. I picked this company based on the reviews on Trustpilot, which promised fast shipping, but it ultimately didn't hold true for me. The opposite in fact! Bought the item July 6 and still waiting until now. 😵‍💫

Have purchased many times from this store, the customer service is very good always responsive to any issues 👍 good prices and fair shipping rates to UK!

It's interesting to me that there are so many reviews praising customer service when my experience of the customer service has not been good. I ordered an item for the sole reason the shipping range was 3 to 5 days. The item arrived two weeks later. Throughout this two weeks I was in contact with customer service, and although they were very polite, they ignored my actual questions throughout most interactions, and just kept telling me it would be with me soon. I asked for a return slip to be sent so I could the return the item as it had arrived too late, I got no response, I asked for my shipping to be refunded, given it was not the service I paid high shipping charges for (9 euro). The same message ignoring my request...'your item will be with you soon, please see the tracking'...over and over again, very frustrating. Avoid if you have tight time frames or thing there may be any need to get an issue resolved effectively. The item sat in a sorting office in The Netherlands for a week, had someone looked into the shipping issues when I first queried it, my item may have got here in time, Instead customer service just kept telling me it would be with me soon and forwarding the tracking info I already had. Really disappointing. I now how an item I cant get to my nephew in Switzerland in time for Christmas, and a very expensive shipping fee.

Update: After a lot of emails, Luksusbaby have refunded my postage, and allowed me to return the mittens, paying my return postage too. I appreciate this, and it is a vast improvement on the customer service I had been receiving, but the sheer amount of effort and hassle it took to get to this point doesn't change my star rating on this review. Maybe it would be a better experience if the item wasn't being shipped to the UK.

I placed an order from this site for the first time. It was a learning tower. Delivery was really fast, but one item was missing, so we couldn’t build the learning tower at the end.

I first contacted their customer service who just told me to raise claim through a link. The person handling the claims has been very unfriendly and not very helpful. Still waiting for a reply. Luckily I have „paid“ with Klarna, so will raise this with them next week if my order is not getting solved.

Horrible experience. I recently ordered a car seat from them. After order confirmation and “shipping” notification, they emailed me and said I owe them 90 euros….
I paid 40 euros from the beginning and they wanted for me to pay more money because “it wasn’t enough” definitely a scam. Please don’t shop with them. I asked them to cancel my order so we’ll see…
Also, I placed an order and they only emailed me a few days later about this. I’ve been waiting for this carseat for almost two weeks

Edit; they have contact me in the same day and found a solution, making sure it was fair and that I was happy.
Their customer service was excellent and I will keep ordering from there.

Bought my child’s a shoes and book for our holidays and the shoes seemed to be used, with the inside code faded, the leather straps were softer than should be for s brand new shoes.
and the book doesn’t work even with new batteries.
Now I need to go for holiday (with a long flight) without the shoes in his new size, and the book we have planned and waited for.

I had complained on a baby suit where the buttons kept coming up. Was told to cut out the tag on the neck and send a photo, which I did, and was then told that a refund had been made. I threw the suit away and after 8 days Luksusbaby contacted me again and asked me to cut a little more of the garment. I explained that I got rid of the garment after I was told that I would get a refund, and then they yet again asked me to cut the garment in another way. I asked for a manager to be involved, but 4 days later I got a reply saying the case was "finished". After publishing my review on Trustpilot I was contacted by customer service explaining it was all a misunderstanding and they first now asked me for my bank account number so they could make a refund.

Never recieve my purchase after more than a month. No answer from the website. I am not trusting anymore.

Order amount for 241.31 € + delivery 8.56 €, total: 249.87 €.

Article number 1, 3 and 4 came to me last week, but the doll's house (article 2 for 153.22 €) is still not there. The store's support service claims that they sent the house with another parcel. Tracking number of another parcel: 00340434698622324040 If you enter this number in the Deutsche Post parcel search, you can see that the parcel has been assigned a number, but the parcel has not yet been sent, although the store’s support service claims that both parcels were sent at the same time.

Excellent, no fuss service from this company. Ordered from Denmark on Friday, arrived to us in England on the following Thursday by FedEx. Great communication. Beautiful item, well packaged and arrived in excellent condition. Would gladly use this company again. Also, even with shipping fee added, the Trike cost less than I could buy in England. Thank you.

After I purchase of 3700kr I haven't received the order and I haven't received solutions or refund. The customer service relies the responsibility in the delivery company and I am not having solutions as a refund or new order sent meanwhile they fix the problem with the delivery company. It is not professional.

Very fast delivery and great track and trace. I live in the Netherlands so I was a bit hesitant about the delivery time but I received my package in 3 days! Would definitely recommend!
