Excellent service and overall experience
I’ve been shopping from this site for more than 8 years, and I can honestly say they’ve been consistently excellent every single time. Orders always arrive quickly and without any issues, and the product descriptions on the website are accurate and reliable.
On one occasion, I received an item with a defect. I contacted customer service on a Saturday, and to my surprise, I received the replacement product the following Monday — less than 48 hours later. That level of efficiency and care really impressed me.
Their customer service team is always polite and professional, which makes the whole shopping experience even better. This is the first website I check whenever I want to buy kids’ clothes.
I’m very satisfied and highly recommend them!

Customer service done right

I can't recommend Kids-world highly enough!
I just love to shop on this website. Excellent selection of brands, great prices, frequent deals. But what I love the most is knowing that I can always count on them for fast delivery. My order always gets to Luxembourg in 2-3 working days. The little chocolate in the parcel is a lovely bonus. I can't recommend Kids-world highly enough!

bought bright starts 3 in 1 (Lion walker) this product was sold out in all of europe but i found it on kids-world. first I emailed got an answer in 15 min 👍 and decided to order it in 3 days I had it at home in the Netherlands top service neatly packed thank you ❤️
So far so good...
I didn't unpack it, kids can do that on birthday 🎁🌺

The service is on top!
I ordered something from them 14 days ago so that it would come in good time before Christmas and 12 days later it still wasn’t arrived. I called them and the lady I talked to said that they would send me a new immediately. The day after, the package arrived.
The problem wasn’t even their fault but the package company and they still send me a new.
I am very satisfied with the service and will buy from here again.
