Great mattress and first class custmer service
As a side sleeper who frequently suffers from back pain, finding the right mattress was crucial. The Pinnacle has been a total game-changerit provides incredible support right where I need it most and gives me a great night's sleep. Exceptional product and service. Well worth the price.
Best sleeping experience I have ever had. No more back pain when I wake up. The free bed bundle that came with the order was of excellent quality too.
The support centre personnel was very helpful and polite when I needed help with the order. I ordered 2 mattresses and was advised that the mattresses and bundles might arrive on different dates. In the end, both mattresses were delivered ahead of scheduled delivery date at the same time, as were the sleeping bundles.

The order came very quickly
The order came very quickly. The pillows are just right - light and fluffy. I hope they stay that way when I wash them. I am glad the pillows are made in Canada.

quality through and through
Put the king bed frame together in about 30 min alone not only easy but the stability and quality were outstanding ...very solid and looks great , going to put mattress on tomorrow... using this in our bed and breakfast but will definitely give it a test run soon

Great experience
The mattress is very comfortable, sturdy,a medium feel with excellent support for pressure points. Spine and joints are happy. No more rolling all night with a bunch of pillows. We appreciate reinforced edges and not feeling the transfer of the other person. I called customer service about delivery time and they went above and beyond my expectations. It seems that they really care about their customers satisfaction. Also, premium bundle sheets are luxurious, we love them. Overall, this buying experience was great. We just hope that the mattress will last for a while. Thank you

Wrong mattress model....
UPDATE - A fair arrangements has been agreed upon and mattress has been replaced. Thank you L&C for contacting me and expedite the resolution.
I purchased a Queen Pinnacle mattress but received a Queen Choice instead. The Choice is 12 inches high, while the Pinnacle is 15 inches and a better mattress. I contacted customer service, and the representative was very professional. I provided all the requested photos and was told someone would contact me within 1–5 days.
After receiving no response, I followed up on the sixth day. I was then informed by email that the mattress would be replaced and the incorrect model picked up. I promptly provided my preferred delivery and pickup options as requested. Two days later, I followed up again and still have not received a response. The lack of communication has been extremely frustrating. Not what I expected from L&C.

Kudos to Logan and Cove!
First time buying a mattress online (a little hesitant to say the least) but because of Logan and Cove’s try at home risk-free for 365 nights we decided to give it a try.
Very happy so far with the comfort of our Frontier king size mattress. Very easy to set up and delivery was quick! The free premium sleep bundle that comes with the mattress is a great bonus!
We did have to call customer service for an issue but they were very helpful and accommodating and all was resolved. Highly recommend this company!

Best Mattress Cover
L&C's mattress protector is unbelievably soft, durable and cleans really well. We bought one for our Queen air mattress because the one we have for our King bed is over 4 years old and is still like new. So why not glamp with the same comfort?
