I ordered a Navy sheet set. It was decidedly Turquoise on arrival so I asked to return it for a refund. They said yes but that instead of sending it back to them I was to give it to a local charity. I said sure. I’ve been following for 1 month and no refund and no replies to follow up emails

Not for me!
I recently purchased a Logan & Cove Choice Queen mattress. I've had and used it for approximately 4 weeks, and already it's starting to sag in the area where I sleep. I'm an average sized man (5'11", 200 lbs), so I'm not putting undue stress on the mattress. If the mattress is sagging after only a month, then I fear it will only get worse over time. I also sometimes wake with a stiff back, which never happened with my "old" mattress. I also find the edges of the mattress quite weak and bouncy, making it a bit tricky when getting into bed. I plan to return the mattress as soon as I can find another brand that's better.

We took a bit of a chance buying the mattress online and going strictly on description and customer reviews. We are definitely not disappointed. The mattress is amazingly comfortable and was easy to set up. It even was easy to get up our split staircase because it came compressed in a box.

Product is good but not the after sale…
Product is good but not the after sale with warranty department. Initial issue never addressed. Waited for weeks without reply despite sending in follow up emails. Disappointed with the after sale service. Was hoping I can give a 5 star review for the company and overall experience.

I ordered the bed and the mattress within a week i had it delivered to my home everything was perfect.The setup was easy and the mattress is perfect my legs and feet and my severe spinal stenosis are a lot better at night.I don’t have to sleep in a recliner since.

Beware, hard to return!
I purchased a mattress from Logan and Cove and unfortunately the bed was far too firm for me. I gave it a fair try for the full 30-night period before initiating a return.
While the mattress shipped quickly and payment was processed immediately, the return process has been extremely frustrating and exhausting. It has now been 10 days since I started the return, and I still have no information about when the mattress will actually be picked up. I also have not received my refund.
Each time I contact customer service, I’m given a different timeline. First it was 1–5 days, then 1–10 days, and now I’m being told 1–15 days. The lack of clear communication and constantly extended timelines have made this a very disappointing experience.
If you’re considering purchasing from this company, just be aware that while delivery is fast, the return process is slow and difficult.

Smooth transaction overall
Smooth transaction overall. The delivery was a bit unusual because the boxes did not all arrive on the same truck. Three boxes came in the morning, and I initially thought one was missing, but it arrived later that same day.
Customer service responded quickly, which was appreciated.
As for the bed frame, it is perfect! Exactly as expected: strong, sturdy, and no squeaky noise. Very happy with the purchase.
