Terrible experience
Twice a week, I had double the trouble of transferring. The first time they required me to verify my account with a detailed bank account, job, address, ... I had sent everything on that day, but no one answered me. After 4 days, I had to send a lot of emails like spam to ask them about my payment, and thank god my case is solved. But today, I choose to believe them one more time. And again they required me to verify my details. I am so disappointed now and never again!!!

Orbit had made a wonderfull job, when I had struggle with the payment, then the payment was void, I didnt notice about that next day, the rates would changed, they help me to replace and creat a new payment for me, which it very helpful and I glad to use orbit, once again I woumd like ro thank you guys for did a great job!

Made a transfer with orbitremit
Made a transfer with orbitremit. Unfortunately I forgot the reference number so transfer couldn’t go through. Through the orbit remit support messages, the process to rectify my mistake was make very easy, with clear, precise instructions. Once they received required information from me, transfer was made nearly immediately. All staff were very professional, prompt, and extremely easy to communicate with.
