I’m very happy with the service provided. The transfer process is now much faster. Previously, I had to wait a day before receiving the money, but this month, the funds were already credited to my account within less than a day.

I made payments within one hour of transfer request. It was Saturday of the week. The money was deposited into the nominated recipient with two hours. The total transaction time was less than than 3 hours.

Absolutely 1 star. I used to have good experiences with this company - sending remittances was smooth, and support in the past was actually helpful. But things have clearly gone downhill.
I followed their instructions to call for a preferential rate, but instead of giving me the rate, the support agent obsessed over an old phone number in my account - something I’ve tried to get them to fix for years. Their system won’t let me update it, and they’ve ignored every past discussions about updating it.
The call went nowhere. After endless verification questions and zero focus on the actual reason I called, she told me she COULDN'T GIVE ME THE RATE until she talked to her team. Why tell customers to call if you’re not prepared to give the rate? It felt like pulling teeth just to get basic information. I hung up because it was a complete waste of time.
Terrible process, terrible support.
A simple request turned into an unnecessary, time‑wasting ordeal. Very disappointing.
