Easier that my previous GLP Provider.. technology likely changed also

Working with Ed Mark has always been a pleasure. From day one he was welcoming, upbeat, and genuinely invested in my success. He always explains things clearly, keeps me motivated and celebrates my wins along the way. What stands out most is how much he cares, not just about the plan, but about me feeling capable, supported, and proud of my progress. He is always quick to take care of any issues that come up, and answers any questions I may have. I am very happy with the level of service I receive.

I used Medvi for 6 months. Initially the service was good. It was adequate but not exceptional for 3-4 months. This last month I felt abandoned and uncared for. I was asked if I needed a refill on nausea medicine. I said yes and was told the request would be passed along. I never got it despite multiple repeated requests initiated by me. I decided to cancel. They wanted to know why. I chose the option that meant poor customer service. My membership was cancelled but no one seemed to care that I had experienced poor customer service.

The fact that all my concerns were answered.

I am very happy with the changes made to my plan. I felt like my wants were taken into consideration. The provider was very polite, professional and cared about me as a person. She gave great advice and was very helpful!

Easy, responsive

It has been easy, efficient and straightforward. Medvi has been very responsive and helped get my medication to me when I was traveling for an extended period of time. Getting questions answered has been easy whether using the AI assistant or on the phone with a person.

Very thorough and told me everything i needed to know even with my questions

Everyone I interact with are professional, personal and easy to talk to. They get me answers quickly.

Oh Marcus was amazing. I definitely appreciated our conversation. Such a fun guy.

Easy to answer questions

Refuses to stand behind product and issues with severely delayed shipment. Attempted to rectify via website and email - continual list of lies and delays. Had to cancel my Credit Card as their "Pause Subscription" button on website would not work. Ultimately is unresolved and they refuse to make right - now using the fact that I refuse to renew subscription as the excuse. DO NOT TRUST OR USE THIS COMPANY - There are many, many better solutions out there. I have photos and records of product as received and ALL communication. I wish Trustpilot allowed uploads.

@Medvi - I went ahead and sent the 18th email - all documented and all saved for other actions. I will amend this review if actual action occurs. Again I wish I could post the supporting documents here for all to see.

Great communication.

Do not use this company. After months of timely payments, they stopped providing the semiglutide, even after taking my payment. For 3 months they took my payments out of my account, but never provided the product. Even after calling and emailing, they refused to send the product or provide a refund. I canceled my subscription so they would stop taking my money without providing my products. I am not out $900 and they still refuse to send the products that I paid for or provide a refund.
