My visit with Leslie Kapp-Jones was very professional, she was very knowledgable of what my needs were and she made me feel comfortable in speaking with her.

Absolutely nothing more then a scam. Don't even think about trying to cancel your membership that dont even know your signing up for. Went through all of the questions, picked preferred meds and was then asked if I wanted 1, 3, 6, or 12 month. Thinking I was paying for medication not a membership. Tried canceling within 5days of paying and these money hungry vultures and thier scam kept the money and refused to give a refund. I see a huge lawsuit coming in the future.

Provider visits are helpful to clarify changes and what to do next.

While I LOVED my APRN and the product worked great, the company ended up showing deceit and lack of integrity. I don't write reviews but thought this might help those of you considering Mochi. When I stopped my meds for a short period of time - after being a client for almost two years - I forgot to "cancel my membership" officially. So, it sat there for months, eating up the monthly charge, hundreds of dollars. Despite many inquiries and the help of my APRN, they refused to refund anything because I didn't cancel the membership within a 72-hour period. While I understand that I obviously didn't read the fine print, I would've expected a reputable company to show SOME leniency towards committed members. It was really disappointing that they wouldn't work with me on any level, just shut the conversation down immediately by quoting their policy to me word for word. So please know that if you sign up for meds and later want to a temporary break from delivery, be sure to cancel your membership; when you return to meds, you can re-start your membership.

Dr.Matuskowitz goes above and beyond with her advice and care she has given me during my weight loss journey! From my original intake ZOOM interview to today, she is always available to answer my questions and give advice concerning my weight loss medication. She is an active listener and asks questions to better give me personalized medical care. Thank you, Dr. M!!

I canceled with Mochi because they would not up my prescription that I had been on for 3 months. I was gaining the weight I had lost the first few months on Mochi instead of losing. I was thinking that was a good way to keep me on their product longer. I canceled Mochi.
I'm now with another provider that gave me the next dosage. When I received it the medication was red. My medication with Mochi was clear. It was to be Trizepitide with B12. I googled up why my medication with my new provider was red. The B12 that I requested to be added with my Trizepitide makes the color pink or red.It looks like I didn't get the B12 added for the 8 months I was with Mochi. Beware!!

This is my second time joining Mochi the compound version of Semaglutide worked better than the name brand version.

The set up was simple. Liked the team. Very high priced… called around and found one way cheaper.

Mochi Health has zero control over when the medication is sent out to your home. The pharmacy they deal with kept my prescription for a week which was abnormal. I called and tried to either stop the order/shipment or have it held. I called Mochi health multiple times and messaged them and they could do ANYTHING to stop the shipment. The pharmacy can hold your order for over a week then send it out when they want to. I travel for a living. I cancelled my account with Mochi because they failed at every turn with this situation.

My experience was wonderful! My provider took the time to ask thoughtful questions and truly listen to me. This was by far the best customer service I have received in a long time.

Mochi has been fantastic since day 1. I joined around 02/03/26, and have been very successful with weight loss and all blood labs. My “bad” Cholesterol is significantly lower and within acceptable limits, as an example.
Note on Rx:
The metal container inside your delivered box is NOT a water bottle! It’s a cooler for the Rx. I did not know this on my first delivery.
I thought the syringes were prefilled, and just assumed the metal container was a water bottle, so I didn’t even open it to find the Rx vial.
My Nurse had told me to expect the first dose to seem extremely small, so I assumed the very small gap of nothing at the bottom of the syringe plunger was the Rx.
I essentially was injecting tiny “air” amounts every week for a month.
No wonder I didn’t feel any different during that first month lol.
Long story short, your Rx will come in a separate small glass vial, and it is PINK when you add it to the syringe. (That is for Semaglutide with Cyanocobalamin compound. I can’t speak to other meds).
My fault entirely for not understanding, but thought it would be helpful for others to know this. I’d discuss your first Rx in detail during your Nurse consult!

I have lost 50 lbs with Mochi. Dr. Keegan has been a big help. The customer service is great.

Mochi Health has been amazing in my weight-loss journey. I have tried everything in the past (literally) and nothing comes close.
My counselor sessions nutritionist have been easy to schedule as well as prompt responses to questions/concerns.
The pharmacy has been consistent with timely deliveries & dose changes, no issues at all. I still have a bit to go (pounds), but am very happy with Mochi and their products/services!

Getting on Tirzepatide through Mochi has been a blessing in my life. It is expensive, but it has improved my health and confidence an enormous amount. I wasn't able to order it for about 1 month and gained back almost 20 pounds. It definitely works when it is taken. Every time I have ordered through Mochi there have been no issues, it is shipped and delivered very quickly, I find it well worth the costs.

This place is an absolute fraud stay FAR away or you will loose your money. Their so called doctors do not keep their end of booked visits. It’s an absolute fraud!!!!

I get my medication on time and the providers are answering questions about my prescription.
