I just got my first order and there is no medicine in it. I called and they have been helpful so far I emailed them and they said I was on the three month program when I’m actually on a year program I hope I don’t have problems.

The ONLY reason I am giving 5 Stars ⭐️ is for my Account Manager, Percy Tomboc. I had a nightmare experience with Embody and ended leaving the company due to serious negligence of them and the pharmacy they use. Percy Tomboc tried to get things taken care of but his “higher-ups” refused to make the necessary changes for me to continue care with Embody. I do NOT recommend Embody, but I do recommend Percy Tomboc as an Account Manager.

This has been a very easy and great experience. I would recommend Embody to anyone.

Absolute horrible customer service. Was charge a large amount without a reminder. Messaged prior to order being fulfilled and was told sorry we cannot refund you due to our policy. No attempt to try to resolve. DO NOT USE THEM.

I can’t get any answers! I called the company and changed my address on the phone and 3 times i changed it on the portal. 10 days after I changed it, they sent my medication to the old address across the country from me. I have called 5 times and have written several emails. I just keep getting told that they’re working on it! I have been without the medication for 8 days and I’m so frustrated. I don’t understand why they just won’t send me a replacement. I’m getting no answers. I guess I will change companies and file a claim with my credit card to not be charged.

Order is on time. My prescription comes in awesome packaging that keeps my medication cold and safe and so far it’s working great

Lemark called and introduced herself and was very helpful. She even helped me change my shipping address since I will be gone over the holidays so I could get my shipment while I’m out of town.
So far, I am happy with the medication no major side effects and glad to know I’ve got somebody to answer my questions and concerns along the way

The ordering process is simple. I have been provided with detailed instructions and information on use of the medication. I love the fact that the pricing is transparent from the beginning, and it will not change as the dose changes. I have lost weight at a healthy pace. I have more energy, and am sleeping better. The side effects have been minimal for me. Very pleased with the whole experience.

Abigail has been dedicated to providing the best person centered support , she has helped resolve all of my inquiries and makes sure to make me feel like a priority. She always responds to my communication and has been very professional and wonderful to work with. She has been an amazing support system through embody throughout my entire weigh loss journey. Friendly and informative

I ordered from them and upgraded to a better medication. I received the cheaper medication and when I tried to get what I paid for, I was told that it had to go to a different team and that there was no refunds or supervisor to talk to. Yet I never received the product I ordered. I cancelled my subscription. I hope to be refunded and my credit card removed. Now I’m wandering if the medication is even safe to use.

So far I have success and want to keep going.
