As far as the weight loss goes
As far as the weight loss goes, it’s been great. I’ve lost 5 pounds a month. My only complaint is lack of communication. I have sent questions but no response. I sent a request nit yo send my next dosing for a month because of a surgery, but it was sent anyways.

The ordering was great and I like how the experience was really easy. Delivery is a breeze with fast shipping. My first 1-3. Month prescription came out of Miami and it worked great. My 2nd shipment I believe came out of Texas and I just started month 3-6.

If I could leave zero stars I would
If I could leave zero stars I would. This company has repeatedly tried to charge my card $647 even though I am on a 3 month payment plan with Klarna, even though I am not due for a subscription, and even though their representative was supposed to have cancelled my subscription. Now I am stuck out of town with a negative account balance, and of course they say a representative will reach out to me. Just put my money back.

Poor provider follow-up/customer service
I initially reached out to the “doctor” to message him/her regarding side effects. I was having with the medication that they had prescribed. I have not heard from a healthcare provider from this company since July 29 of 2026 despite numerous messages asking for a reply on how to manage my side effects. Customer service kept saying they would have somebody contact me within 48 to 72 hours. It has now been more than six weeks since I’ve heard from a provider.
