I am puzzled as to why the application needs to be sent for processing instead of being done in Singapore, since all collaterals were sent to Singapore. This is the worst service I have experienced, as I have to pay for the processing (Visa transfer) which has resulted in me having to wait for my visa to be processed in New Zealand instead of at the Visa Application Centre office in Singapore.

Excellent product line. I wish you could ship everything via DHL Express. I'm aware that there is a minimum order value to qualify for express delivery. For instance, $200NZD as minimum eligibility?

Thank you for your review, we can confirm that orders over 2kg were shipped via DHL and orders under 2kg were shipped via Royal Mail.
Update - from today onwards we offer DHL shipping also for orders under 2kg as well.

Nothing beat OrbitRemit compare with the rest especially on their fees. Just $4. Exchange rate is reasonable. Only thing to improve is on the notification that doesn't came through on time after the funds credited.
