This us NOT a UK based operation even though it says London.
I had the same experience as other users, waited 15 days for handbag to arrive which by the time it arrived was too late for the wedding.
I tried to return it, they advised it would cost me £12.50 to return it and would take a considerable amount of time. They try to force you to keep the order and offer you 10% refund, then 15% then20% and lastly 25% anything to dissuade you from a full refund PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS.
I notice on other reviews they ask people to Email their customer services OMG what a joke they only say that to try to make it look like they will help you in actual fact you will get absolutely nowhere the only option is to pay the shipping fee to Asia or keep the unwanted goods and accept a small percentage refund ONCE AGAIN DO NOT USE SCAM SCAM

Do not buy from this company! I ordered 3 dresses to try on for an event, which arrived later an expected as they were shipped from China despite the website saying they are based in London. Once emailing to start a return it took over 10 emails of them offering me 10, 20, 30% of a refund. After 20 emails back and forth they finally offered a full refund but I had to pay international shipping to send it back to China. Horrific customer service and definitely a scam.

Avoid this scam company! Registered in London and expect you to pay international postage for returns. Items take weeks to arrive and they withhold the return address to play for time. Got offered 10%, 15%,20% and 25% refund and keep the useless, not fit for purpose item. Items they sell can be purchased for a3rd of the cost on Temu, which is probably where they get the clothing from. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Ordered a dress for graduation for £50 it took two weeks to come and the quality was shocking - Shein would be an upgrade to say the least.

I requested a refund which you can only do by email, the phone line doesn’t work and the office isn’t even located in London it’s based in china.

They then attempted to bargain a 10% refund which I managed to get to 25% before they said I could return it to china but would have to pay shipping. I had lost all trust so settled for the 25% refund it has been 2 months and nothing. Massive scam do not buy anything from them I’m left with a cheap dress that’s basically tat not even wearable and £50 short.

I first requested a return on August 19 because the dress did not fit my daughter, and since then I have complied with every request, including repeatedly sending photos and explaining the issue. Although JV London has confirmed multiple times that I am eligible to return the dress for a refund, they continue to avoid providing the actual return address and instructions. Instead, they have repeatedly offered increasing partial refunds to keep the dress—first 10%, then 15%, and now 20%—even after I specifically asked them to stop sending alternative offers and simply allow me to return it. I have clearly stated that I understand I am responsible for return shipping and am willing to pay it; I simply need an address to send the dress back. A straightforward return should not require this many emails and this much effort. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend JV London.

If I could rate this company 0 stars I would. Absolutely appalled by this company, the customer service and the level of communication they offer. Firstly, I ordered 2 dresses, priority shipping.. they came over 2 weeks late therefore these items were no longer needed. I had NO tracking updates or updates on when I was likely to receive these items. Secondly, when I asked to return, they kept back and forth emailing me to give me a % refund and to keep the items, when I consistently said I would like a FULL refund and do NOT want the items. Their returns policy online states nothing about how much you have to pay to return their items or anything along the lines of where they are based to return them. I have now spent more money returning these items to ASIA!! This was 20 days ago and STILL have no contact from them to let me know if they have received the items and still no refund!!! These items were originally ordered on the 29th June.. it is now the 26th August (almost 2 months) and I have had NO refund! Do not order or deal with this company in any aspect, they are a disgrace & I have no idea how they are still operating.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered a dress. When it arrived it was not at all like I expected! It looked something I could have sewn myself and the material was slippery and shiny. It looked like the same type of material they use for high school graduation gowns you have to purchase. Tried to return but all they do is offer you a 10% refund and when you refuse that, they offer you a 15% discount. Buyer beware. Stay with your major department stores and avoid these overseas shops like the plague!!!

Scam company. I ordered shorts that took nearly a month to arrive. They didn't fit and was told if I wanted a refunds they must be returend to Asia at great cost. They operate outside UK consumer law. DO NOT TOUCH !!!

I frankly cannot believe a company can function the way this one does. I ordered 4 dresses to try for an event, which did not arrive on time despite paying priority shipping. Then, I requested a refund since I didnt need dresses for an event that had already passed. What happens? They offer me a refund of 10%, then 15% then 20% before saying that the full refund is "£35"-- more than £100 off of what I had paid. Please, for the love of anything, do not support such a sketchy and poor quality company.

I made an order on the 26th of July I am still waiting for my order…I had an email reply stating it would arrive around the 11/08/2026 but still no delivery of order…

I ordered shorts at the beginning of July and am still yet to receive them. Firstly they were lost in transit- and this was only communicated after I sent several emails. They then offered to resend them, I stated I would just like a refund, I was ignored and got a following email to say my order was on its way- 2 weeks later - still nothing. Then a further email to say there was a problem with my order and they will resend it again. I have asked several times for a refund and then the emails are just ignored and still no refund. The worst costumer service I’ve ever experienced. Still no order or refund! Do not order from this site!

Made a mistake to purchase before reading the reviews…
I had a very disappointing experience with JV Wear.

The dress did not fit and, on top of that, it did not look like the pictures advertised on the website. I contacted the company to return it while it was completely unworn, in its original condition and with all the tags still attached.

Instead of simply approving the return and providing the address, customer service repeatedly asked for photos and tried to persuade me to keep the dress. I was initially offered only a 10% refund, which was later increased to 15% (£4.49). The alternative was to return it to a warehouse in Asia at my own expense, with the company stating that international postage would typically cost £12–£20.

Although the website mentions that returns are sent to Asia, it does not clearly explain the likely cost or how impractical the process may be for UK customers. In my opinion, this is misleading and appears designed to discourage returns, leaving customers with little practical choice but to accept a very small partial refund.

After several emails, I accepted the 15% refund because returning the dress internationally would have cost almost as much as the item itself. I am extremely dissatisfied with both the product and the entire returns process. I would not order from this company again.

UK customers should be very careful and read the returns policy before ordering, as returning an unsuitable item may be expensive and unnecessarily difficult.

dresses arrived really late - way past wedding they were bought for. Then instead of refund offered 10% and keep the dresses that don't fit. To return apparently the address is in Asia which is not mentioned on their website at all. As this was my daughter buying it has been an expensive lesson for her. Please don't buy from this company.

Scam!!!
Do not order from this company, ordered 2 pairs of shorts they took ages to come. Website advised the companies registered address is in the UK. The parcel arrived and they were poor material and not as described. The return address on the parcel said Feltham in the UK. I contacted them to arrange the return they said I’d have to send them to China at my cost which would be around £20 so it’s pointless arranging a return. The company deliver cheaply made poor quality clothing and then suggest you keep it for a discount as it costs less than the return cost.

Please do not order from this company! Faulty item received and they are refusing to provide a returns label to return it. The zip does not work and the item is of such poor quality (it is just a cheap Chinese manufactured item). They have ignored repeated emails and have indicated that I want to return it I will have to pay £40 to return it to China (despite listing themselves as a UK company on their website with no mention of manufacturing in China!!). Please avoid or you will be wasting your money.

SCAM- if there was less than 1 star then I would put this down. Ordered shorts 3.5 weeks ago and still nothing. I tried to cancel the order 2 weeks ago but they said it was on its way but still nothing. Do not buy from this company. I didn’t even think to check on here first but wish I had!
