First and last time buyer and I won't…
First and last time buyer and I won't be using them again. They didn't send the correct tracking information and didn't respond to my query about it until days after it had arrived. The box was falling apart when it did arrive, was poorly packaged and clearly nobody checked the unit they sent, it wasn't particularly clean and even had parts that had fallen off and needed to be reattached which thankfully they could be. Beyond poor practice.

Everything arrived as advertised, on time, well packaged.
The big thing for me, living in the north of Scotland, is the free delivery. This usually means I have to pay extra, as I live in a remote area.
