Biggest scam ever
Biggest scam ever! Do not use. They charge around 20 times the actual price but do not declare this before you submit payment. This company slipped into the Canadian eTA application process via the legitimate Canadian government website and did not declare fees before or after submitting payment. No receipt was received and the amount charged was only apparent when the credit card bill was received. NZD$166 was charged for what should have cost CAD $7 (or NZD $8). It is impossible to query their undisclosed charges as you can't get past their automated email replies. Avoid using them but be aware they can slip in announced when you use a legitimate government website.
