Update) "Your response is a typical excuse to justify deceptive business practices. While you claim to be 'transparent,' your website's interface is deliberately designed to mimic official government portals, tricking consumers into believing they are paying standard administration fees.The hidden service charges were not explicitly and transparently shown upfront before the final payment was processed. Agreeing to terms buried in fine print does not make your predatory overcharging ethical or right. I completely reject your response, and this review stands to warn other innocent applicants from falling into your trap."

Overcharged hidden exorbitant fees - Scam practice!
This website is deliberately designed to mimic the official government page to mislead consumers. They charged me $146 instead of the standard $21 (or $40.27 with specific conditions) government fee without any clear upfront disclosure. When I realized the deception and demanded a refund, they hid behind their "refund policy" and flatly refused. Do not use this website. Go directly to the official government site. I am officially filing a credit card chargeback and reporting them to consumer protection agencies.
