Dishonest, misinformation professionals and scammers
My experience with this company was extremely disappointing and I would strongly advise others to exercise extreme caution before using their service.
When applying through their website, I was presented with only two visa options: a 180-day single-entry visa and a 180-day multiple-entry visa. There was no 90-day option available, despite that being the visa I intended to purchase. With no alternative presented, I selected the only available option for both myself and my partner and was charged £221.90.
I later confirmed that the official Ugandan immigration website charges $50 USD per person for a 90-day tourist visa. By the time the official website was available again and I verified the correct pricing, it was too late - I had already paid this company.
To make matters worse, their application system required an exit flight before the application could be submitted. Because I believed I was applying for a 180-day visa based on the options displayed, I booked my return flight for a date consistent with that visa. However, the visas I ultimately received were valid for only 90 days, leaving me with travel arrangements that no longer matched my visa validity and creating additional expense to correct the situation.
Instead of acknowledging the misleading options on their website or reimbursing the excess amount charged, the company responded with explanations about how Ugandan immigration works - completely missing the point of my complaint. My issue was never about the validity of the visa. It was about being charged for a service based on options that were presented in a misleading way.
Even more concerning was their justification for refusing a refund. They claimed that their administrative fees alone amounted to roughly twice the cost of the visas themselves. I found this explanation unreasonable and entirely inconsistent with fair and transparent business practices.
I expected a company offering visa services to correct an obvious issue and treat customers fairly. Instead, my concerns were dismissed, I was left significantly out of pocket and I incurred additional travel costs as a direct consequence of relying on the information presented on their website. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend using this service.
