To say that I am very disappointed with…
To say that I am very disappointed with your service is an understatement. I submitted an e-visa application for Indonesia in January 2026 and paid all the necessary charges/fees. I was asked to re-submit some documents which I did. I was assured that due to so called government regulations I would get my visa before the travelling date. The travelling date arrived and the only things I received were the useless arrival cards. I have suffered the painful loss and embarrassment because of this scam. Flight bookings and hotel bookings all lost. These people are so heartless. Never ever again. It is useless and used to swindle innocent people.
