I ordered from this store and never received my refund, despite being repeatedly told that it had been processed. My bank confirmed that no refund was ever received.

The products also appear to be shipped directly from China, despite the website giving the impression of a legitimate European store.

Be very careful before ordering from this website. Based on my experience, I would not recommend it at all. I strongly advise checking independent reviews before making a purchase.

I ordered a bra from here and the quality was nothing like advertised and the way it fits is uncomfortable. I tried to return it but it would cost double the price. Honestly not worth your money, at least in the bra section

This is a scam. The quality of the products is EXTREMELY low and returning is impossible, since it would cost more than 50€. I got scammed; hopefully, you do not.

Basically some kind of chinese or cheap fashion. No returns unless you shell out 20 euro yourself. That just doesnt work when quality isnt as good as it looks like the picture. Will never order here again

I ordered a Gray-Black Linen Blazer in XL - and got a black synthetic rag that was 2 sizes too small. After many email exchanges they did not want to reimburse the full amount - only 10% even though their own return policy said they would. BEWARE. This is a scam company. And I'm not being hyperbolic. I contacted the Consumer Protection Agency in Germany and they said that this is the typical method of organized Chinese fraud networks that operate thousands of deceptive websites targeting European shoppers. These operations use a specific "bait-and-return" model where they pose as local boutique or designer brands to sell inferior products that are not what the unsuspecting buyer saw on their online shop. They essentially send you crap, that should be thrown directly into the bin. To get a reimbursement, they first demand prohibitively expensive returns (ca. €50.00) to Shanghai (or somewhere in Canada) at the buyer's expense. These return costs frequently exceed the value of the original purchase, forcing victims to "eat the cost" rather than pay for a return.
What to do if this happens? Contact PayPal and seek a conflict resolution. PayPal may strain your patience but eventually they come through with a 100% reimbursement. And in the future, when you visit any online shop in Germany (or Europe for that matter) check that they have listed an Impressum (Imprint) on their site - which all websites are required to have. They must also list their telephone number there. Call to make sure they're legitimate.

I ordered a rain coat for 33€, that had AI generated image. I got a black trash bag in a shape of coat instead,nonetheless. Also the company didn't agree to refund full price for false advertisement.

*This is a review of the company more so than the item ordered. I was not pleased with the quality of the item ordered and initiated a return. Though the company was very communicative, the return was overly complicated and there was a cost for return shipping. In the end I received a full refund for the price of the item. No refund for return shipping.

So basically this is a scam company. I ordered a suit, as per measurements displayed on the website. I got a 2 sizes smaller suit and also material quality was terrible, and when I wanted to return it and refund it, they said I need to pay around 30 Euro for Shipping. And offered me to buy something else in the same price as compensation. I ordered some low quality chinese shoes they offer, but shoes never came and now my tracking-link doesn't work anymore, just says "page not found". So a complete and utter scam. Please DO NOT buy from this seller. I will also activate my attorney services to try and get my STOLEN money back. By the way they also trick people into giving good reviews on trust pilot using like a 100% discount award but they don't give it out to anyone, they are just collecting positive reviews on trust pilot.

I am currently amidst an ordering/receiving/return/refund conundrum with heidi-mode.de. I am not one to write reviews for businesses, but this company has earned this special attention.

First of all, despite the webpage storefront's legitimate appearance as a European seller, this is an EAST ASIAN SELLER – and as such, items are shipped to you from EAST ASIA.

-Shipping times are long and inconsistent.

-Return requests are met with petty bartering.

-Product sizes are not in line with EU sizing standards.

-Product quality does not match the purchase price.

-Email correspondence aims at attrition, not resolution.

-Return process is expensive, highly suspect, and complicated (to be sent to a strange recipient somewhere in Canada).

I urge you to not buy from this seller. I have about 84 Euro that I am not sure I will ever see again. At minimum, I will lose half of that in the return process (to Canada) - the latter likely being an intentionally prohibitive from making a return, and instead accepting their insatiable and unstoppable flow of emails with the aim of cutting a deal.

Save yourself the time. Save yourself the stress. Save yourself the money. Look elsewhere.

This shop is completely untrustworthy. The product photos are misleading, the colours and sizes are wrong, and the overall quality is very poor.
I exchanged around 20 emails with the company, yet they continue to act in clear violation of EU consumer law. Returns are extremely expensive, the terms and conditions are unlawful, and getting a refund is made deliberately impossible.
Customer service exists only to delay and obstruct. In my view, this business operates in a highly deceptive manner. Do not waste your money or your time. Never, under any circumstances, buy from this shop.

The quality is really bad and obviously not the same product as on the pictures and described in the describtion. Therefor the price is far too high and the retour is very expensive. Don't buy anything from this shop.

Ordered a dress. Terrible quality and it smells so strong. Strings everywhere. Paid 45€ for terrible quality. I also recieved two emails saying if I leave a review I will get full refund. Also a lie and must be reported. This is an unlawful company with very unlawful practices to trick customers. Avoid at all costs. Most of their products are available cheaper on amazon anyway. I placed the order when I was very tired and did not look into the company. I regret and will not be repeating this mistake.

Confirmation says 7~10days.
And they sent an extra email if I write a review. I might get the money back. I did....and couple minutes later. I can't because revuew event is first com first serve....
1 day later, they sent am email AGAIN, there are few space left for reviewee who can get payback. So I am writing again. If it happens again, I will wrute again and again because It is absolutely SCAM and even a LIE.
