The dresses I ordered were not of good quality & one was not at all like in photos, I understood i ordered from Germany but when looked for return details it was China at my expense by registered post so I went with that on Sept 22nd , I have not had any refund yet & I have contacted them on a few occasions, they keep saying it hasn't arrived in their warehouse yet , I am advising anyone not to order from them for the above reasons.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a pair of Laura sandals from them. The ones that arrived were not the ones they had advertised - they were are far lower quality. When I complained I was told I should send them back at my own expense to China, which would cost more than I what I had paid for the sandals. And that only when they had examined the sandals would they send me a full refund. I sent them photos of the sandals to compare with the ones advertised, but they continued to claim they are the same.

Avoid scammers. The did not receive the return bag fro post office on purpose

The jacket was cheap, with no tags, no labels for size etc. Overall very poor quality product and extremely overpriced for what was received.... avoid this company.

Die Kleidung, die ich erhalten habe, sieht überhaupt nicht so aus wie die wunderschönen Artikel, die auf der Website beworben werden. Stattdessen erhielt ich billige, schlecht verarbeitete Kleidung, die aussieht und sich anfühlt wie minderwertige chinesische Massenware. Die Farben und die groben Formen ähneln vielleicht noch entfernt den Produktfotos, aber die Stoffqualität, Größen, Passform und gesamte Verarbeitung sind eine absolute Katastrophe.

Noch schlimmer ist, dass Norheim Mode völlig unkooperativ reagierte, als ich das Unternehmen kontaktierte, um die gesamte Bestellung zurückzugeben und eine Rückerstattung zu verlangen.

Kunden sollten nicht um ihr eigenes Geld kämpfen müssen, wenn die gelieferte Ware so stark von den beworbenen Produkten abweicht.

KAUFT NICHT BEI NORDHEIM MODE! Spart euch das Geld, den Ärger und die Enttäuschung. Schöne Produktfotos sind absolut nichts wert, wenn die tatsächlich gelieferte Ware von derart schlechter Qualität ist und der Kundenservice praktisch nicht existiert.

One of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had!

The clothing I received looks nothing like the beautiful items advertised on their website. What arrived was cheap, poorly made clothing that looks and feels like low-quality Chinese mass-produced merchandise. The colors and general shapes are vaguely similar to the photographs, but the fabric, sizing, fit, and overall quality are an absolute disaster, make my skin itch!

To make matters worse, when I contacted Norheim Mode to return the entire order and request a refund, they were completely uncooperative.

Customers should not have to fight to get their money back when the merchandise is so different from what was advertised.

DO NOT BUY FROM NORHEIM MODE! Save yourself the money, frustration, and disappointment. Beautiful pictures mean absolutely nothing when the actual products are such poor quality and customer service is practically nonexistent.

This company protrays itself as German. They are dropshipping from China. DO NOT ORDER. The size of the shoes I ordered were completely wrong. the quality is poor. The return is to China and is expensive and very awkard with elements of the return form automatically selecting Germany which is not my country. The form does not allow me to change the country. The Customs Declation form states the form should be completed in the language of the return country ie Chinese? They make returning product as difficult as possible. Very very poor service. I will not use again. I am not even sure I can return the item at this stage.

Very deceptive pictures made product look like suede-type finish but really it's like a cheap, shiny tracksuit fabric with thin fleece inside. XL is tiny, poor quality, especially zipper, very disappointed and get security warnings from their website. Thought I was buying from a reputable German brand. Strongly recommend not to buy. Shipping time also very long. Don't even want to think about cost of return to China.

I recently ordered a product from Nordheim and unfortunately selected the wrong colour without checking my confirmation before completing the purchase. When it was delivered I noticed my mistake and contacted their customer service department to request help in exchanging the product for the colour I’d thought I’d ordered.
They responded immediately offering to help and exchange the product and I thank them and praise their helpful and professional approach.
I fully recommend this company and will buy from them again with total confidence.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
SCAM...They portray themselves as being located in Europe ...Germany... Bad quality bag received, had to return to CHINA! Return postage almost as much as the bag but wouldn't please them to keep it, they offered to refund about a fifth of cost!! Sent numerous emails but until I got PayPal involved only then they refund. Not the postage just the cost of bag!! Kept giving excuses for nearly 2 months re tracking and that warehouse hadn't received.!

I was impressed by the admin service of this company; I mistakenly ordered the wrong the sizes and asked that they be changed before dispatching. This was done quickly and efficiently. I am yet to receive the items so cannot comment on the quality of the clothes.

Ordered from Greece and my package was delayed but the customer service is excellent, fast and efficient, provided solutions and when one of my items was a smaller size offered a free replacement. Really made a difference in having a personable and pleasant shopping experience. Thank you

Don't buy here unless you're crazy, you cant return items for free and if you buy something you're gonna get some item badly made, badly cut, and significantly different from the photos on the site.

Do not go near this website at all . I have had the most appalling experience with this website which I now believe is Chinese . I ordered a dress a few weeks ago and after some delay it arrived with no returns slip enclosed . As a result when it wasn’t suitable I sent it back to the company addressed as the sender with a covering note asking for my refund .
When my refund failed to appear in my account I e mailed this “ company “ and was given the explanation that they didn’t know who the sender was and therefore they couldn’t refund me or indeed locate the dress .
Despite clearly explaining that they had not provided me with a returns slip with a suitable address to return the item, I have been met with a blank wall .
This is an appalling experience for me not to mention expensive and frustrating . You have been warned .

A few weeks ago

The products on the website are either stolen images or ai. All the good reviews on the website are ai, do not trust them

It's impossible to return items to this company if you want to get a refund you have to send the items to China. Stay clear. The clothes are coming from China though it appears by their website that you are purchasing the items from Germany. Won't be shopping with this company ever again. Buyer beware.

Its fake. Everything about it is fake. Nice website, makes you think quality scandanavian but its a chinese dropshipping company. I bought a top. No front or back to the item, no labels, the cheapest material, the stitching is a joke, the sizing is tiny, 10 year old tiny. Basically its a scam. It proclaims to be something its not, to scam people into buying a lie. Not to be trusted.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the coat I purchased from Nordheim Mode. This company purports to be based in Germany but products are actually shipped straight from China. The coat I received was poor quality, dirty and worn. When I went to return it I was advised I would have to ship it back to China and pay for this myself. AVOID. SCAM.

This European appearing store ships low quality, mass produced Chinese products. Of the three items I ordered, the fabric was very thin, and had messy white stitching on a dark material, making the items look very shabby. The third item did not look like the item advertised.

Even when you attempt to return these items through no fault of your own, the business will refuse to cover the shipping costs, which is an address in China.

Maybe there are some good products on the site. I wouldn't risk it.

The bigger sizes do not correspond to European sizes. The 3XL is more like an XL.
The 90 days return policy is a scam as it is customer responsibility and apparently shipping to china from EU is difficult and most of the time not cost effective.
And don’t be fooled: it’s a Chinese company dressed as a German one with a very polite bot for customer support.
In conslution, keep clear.
