I haven’t been able to return the items or exchange them, I always get the same generic email back and I haven’t been able to get my money back.
I reported them to CCPC and the ASAI. Please report them too so they can close this website.

I have to echo so many of the other reviewers' warning: This is not an Irish company, nor an Irish-based company, and the quaint shop shown on their homepage does not exist. I live in Kerry and I know!
Intended buyers should carry out their due diligence by quickly researching this company online; it doesn't take long. Scroll down to the bottom and you will see that the company's business address is Wyoming, USA. According to Google's "A.I. Overview", that address belongs, in fact, to a so-called "massive registered agent and mail-forwarding hub", "representing tens of thousands of corporate entities and LLCs". Whilst that, in itself, is not illegal in the USA, "this specific address has frequently been flagged [...] due to association with shell companies, drop-shipping scams, fake online stores , and fraudulent financial activity".

Also take note that the contact phone number listed on the website is based in the Fort Worth, Texas area.

So, buyer beware!

Scam, I am so sorry I fell for this. I'm usually good at spotting scams, as it looked so legit. Feel like such a fool. Got suspicious when my order never came after I assumed it was next day delivery as per advertisement. So obvious they are not in Ireland. I'm trying to get money back through my bank. What ever you do do not order from these scammers!!! Ordered 22nd of October still no sign of order. There are not in Kerry probably somewhere far far away...!!!!!

I am also out of money because of this, Hazel & Orlaith scam page.
Someone out there must be able to stop this from happening again. These people are cashing it in.

Material and quality was shocking. This is deffo a scam. An automated response for returns, unlikely to chance it. An expensive lesson.

SCAM and still ongoing from purchase date. I feel I need to write a further review as this is not an Irishshoppingsite. I agreed with them to return the dress I received that did not fit. They sent me a returns label and I went to the post office to return. The cost for return with tracking was £26 as i live on the border. So that is why they offer u 6% at 1st then 17% and then 20%. Now I ve had to rewrite and except the 20% return as postage and it balance out with cost but this remains outstanding. Will not be catch like this again. 🤪

I ordered a dress and it looks nothing like it did on the website, the material is cheap and semi sheer, it's shapeless and not worth the money. Bizarrely, if you want to return you have to email them first. Even though the company appears to be based in Ireland, it's actually in china so you have to pay the return costs and taxes. Avoid

The same happened to me as the majority of the other reviews, thought I was buying from a boutique in Kerry, ordered a dress for a wedding, it's just awful, emailed for return label, came back to me offering 11.99 to keep the dress or return at my own expense, said I wanted to return so came back to me with the label but also offer of 17.99 to keep dress, I went to post office, will cost 22 to return to China, on return form it states customs must be prepaid, post office said that's impossible so I emailed them back and they ignored that issue and reissued the 17.99 offer. I have reported to the bank, they want proof of return before investigation so now I'm stuck cause I don't trust the company to return any money

UPDATE.
I am getting a 75% refund.
After a lot of back and forth. And after sending a copy of my legal rights. They are refunding me 75% and I do not need to return the shoes. ( thank god as they went into the bin. The smell was so bad)

They claim to be an Irish company. THEY ARE NOT!! I bought shoes. Took 4 weeks to arrive. They were cheap and really tacky looking. The smell was toxic. When I emailed about a return I was only going to get 15% of the cost back and the postage was €22 back to china. Which I had to pay. After complaining through email they said they would give me 50% back but I’d still have to pay for postage. I sent a copy of my legal rights and I’ve been blocked. Avoid at all cost. They are not an Irish company. They are a scam company.

This is just an update on a previous post
I finally got a response from company offering a 30% refund without having to send item back.
I can have a full refund if I ship it back to China which would probably cost more than I spent.
I have contacted CCPC for them to investigate this company.

SCAM,if I could give 0 stars I would. Based in China but advertise as Kerry!! Received jacket, appalling quality. Now they want me to return to Asia, at my own cost, for a refund.

This is NOT an Irish company .It is a Scam .received a dress which is not like the picture and cheap and now impossible to return as I keep getting automated emails about returning it so waste of time .DO NOT BUY FROM THEM .

This company and website is a Scam... I second a lot of reviews already written, I bought a dress and its nothing like advertised. Acting like it's an Irish based company but they aren't..Very slow responding to return requests, offering 10% payback and keep items or send back to Asia at my own cost to get full refund which would cost me nearly up to half what I paid for the dress! Utterly disgraceful...

I would give 0 if that what possible.I placed an order on this website accidentally as I was looking as what I thought at the time was Pamela Scott and I placed the order and unfortunately it was with Hazel&Orlaith in Kerry.
The order eventually arrived RAGS is an understatement.I been emailing them everyday since to get a return address or a refund but no reply .I am going to request that my credit card issue a chargeback and 🤞I will get my 90€ back

Can’t believe I got scammed by this site, got “ orthopedic shoes for €58” have just found exact same shoes on SHEIN for €27. They are not orthopedic at all, will not use again.

Pure scam!! Report them!
They are not Irish boutique but a company based in Wyoming China. Their emails are not monitored by human. Using AI generated pictures. Sending cheap crap. No response, no refunds.
1.Report toWyoming Secretary of State (Fraud Unit). Submit an official complaint directly via email to reportfraud at wyo.gov.
2.Submit a detailed complaint complaint via the Wyoming AG Consumer Protection Unit.They review cases involving deceptive trade setups. Their website has PDF complaint form.
3.Report their Google ads to Google a scam
4.Report Facebook page to Meta
5."Angry emoji" under their Facebook posts attracts Meta attention
Don't let it slide so others won’t be deceived as well.

Avoid like the plague. Do your research before making a purchase. This site is made to look like it is a reputable store. It is not. Photos look great but orders come from China and are such poor quality. They do not answer emails yet constantly send marketing emails from the same address.
