The AGB says returning is for free anytime and uncomplicated.
You get to mail with a chatbot AND you have to pay for the return.

I have request a refund within the cooling off period because the article I received was different than the one advertised and was anyway too big for me. I was told to send the article back to Canada at my own cost. I refused and I asked for a refund on my card, which they refused. Consumers have the right in Europe to withdraw orders within 14 days without providing any reason, and sellers have the obligation to refund the purchase order and the shipping costs. The seller refuses to give me my money back and I now need to get in touch with a lawyer.

I still didn’t receive my orders but till know order and information about the status are perfect! Thank you

I placed my order around a month ago expecting decent service, but this has been a complete nightmare. After being informed that my order could not be delivered due to an address issue, I promptly provided the updated address requested by Drune. Since then, I have been left waiting with absolutely no meaningful update or communication.

Now Drune is offering me only a 75% refund instead of properly resolving the issue. After all this waiting, frustration, and lack of communication, this is simply unacceptable.

I regret ordering from Drune and would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing!

Super Service

Do not order from this supplier. I was told to return my 80 euro jacket purchased on a German website to Canada at a cost if EUR 55 to send back. Very unhelpful communication with customer service. Jacket size M was far too small and quality poor. Company not to be trusted.

Everything is fake and bad quality, most probably an Asian Shop ,as somebody has already mentioned before. We ordered two pairs of “leather shoes”, on the photo they looked pretty cool and of quality. Upon arrival though (after two weeks) they were not even inside of a box, they smell weirdly and they’re definitely not made of leather … another thing that bothered me was that I was asked to put a positive review even before receiving the items which is very sketchy tbh. Wouldn’t recommend buying here.

Caution – disguised Asian shop with frustrating returns!
​Delivery was happily quite fast and the quality of the item is actually "ok" for the price. However, the shop quickly turns out to be a classic Asian shipping provider. The biggest issue: The sizing is completely off. Making a return is made virtually impossible for the customer – the official cancellation page currently only gives an error (Error 404) and customer support barely responds or doesn't respond at all. Anyone ordering here should be completely sure that the item will fit.
