I shopped online, my orders didn't come, it was lost

I ordered three products, and I was told that they had been shipped. It has now been a full 8 days, and my products still haven’t arrived. I have sent multiple emails and messages, and I have also tried to contact the shipping company that was supposed to deliver my order, but I haven’t received any response at all.
My money has been wasted, and they have also completely wasted my time. I strongly advise everyone not to order anything online from this company. In fact, I would recommend not shopping with them at all.

Horrible delivery management
Unless you’re directly purchasing from their store, don’t bother ordering.
Their ordering and delivery system is extremely problematic. Their customer services likes to give very vague answers with no ETAs, and on the off chance they give an ETA for an update (not even a resolution!) they do not follow up.
I have ordered a large set from Karaca a month ago, and have not received it. Apparently the delivery company marked it as delivered with a vague picture. The moment I received the update from Karaca that it was ‘delivered’ I have reached out to them. Initially the communication was great, with Karaca mentioning that everything will be resolved in couple days.
It has been a month and there are still no updates, all they mention is that they're ‘escalating’ and are in talks with the delivery company and they cannot do anything. At this point I have contacted them nearly 10 times, as it is the only way to get them to say anything. And when I do, all I get is:
“We are still reviewing the process. Once we receive a response from the relevant department, we will update you. Thank you for your patience.”
They also shut down their phone support and will just send you off to WhatsApp.
If you order anything, be prepared to waste a nice chunk of your time just trying to get them to even give you a tiny morsel of information other than vague handoffs that they’re on it and they will give you and update for sure!
